Lauren Manoogian

This is ludicrous! For the first time in my life I spent far outside of my comfort zone on a sweater. After less than a month of wearing, it is pilling horribly (looks like it's been sitting in my basement for years). The response from Lauren Manoogian folks (VERY difficult to track them down) was buy a sweater comb. Really?! I have spent $100 on sweaters that I still own from years past and they are not pilling. Do NOT buy from this over priced, poor customer service designer.

I recently purchased a Lauren Manoogian bowl bag, which was supposed to be a woven cotton with some plastic in it. When the bag arrived, it had the look and feel of an ENTIRELY plastic item --- cheap looking and unappealing. When I tried to return it, following instructions on the order form that accompanied the item, Lauren Manoogian would not issue a return authorization because it was on sale. There was NO MENTION on the Lauren Manoogian site (item landing page or sale page) that suggested the item was a final sale. AS A RESULT OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCAM APPROACH ON THE RETURN POLICY, AND CRAPPY PRODUCT I RECEIVED, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS DESIGNER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor AND STAY AWAY FROM LAUREN MANOOGIAN. Many designers fairlybhonor returns on a purchase with which you are displeased. AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH LAUREN MANOOGIAN - IF I COULD GIVE HER ZERO STARS, I WOULD!
