Atrocious policies and customer services, I've lost out financial which I can accept, however, how they handled my situation was abysmal. Be advised and take heed, do not use this company.

Everything went as planned, paid extra £3 odd for no problem check in, then boarding passes were emailed to me, nothing else to do. Great all inclusive holiday.
They're an absolute scam and I would not go on a holiday through these even if it was free. No customer service. Once they have your money they no longer care about you.

Still waiting on refund since Mar 2020. They hide behind their site with no contact, email etc. Surely central travel agency associations should remove their accreditations.
So far Terrible experience, does anyone have a telephone number where you can speak to a HUMAN BEING.? We have received virtually the same e-mails back that they will deal with it in time, last one was in Spanish!
I booked and paid for a hotel via the lastminute website. On arrival, the hotel noted that they had not received any payment and thus there was still a balance to pay. The booking was definitely prepaid.
There are very few options that lastminute provide to contact them. An international call at high expense did not bear any fruit. I was provided an email address ending in rumbo.com to contact for a team that does not have a telephone contact option. They have relied that they will remedy the situation, but this morning on check out it appears that they have not. I will need to pay again for a booking that is already paid.
This isn't the first issue I have had with this booking and lastminute in general. Their customer service is EXTREMELY poor. They are not a customer or service orientated business. With so many options available for travel bookings, please be aware, when you book with lastminute, and something goes wrong, there is little/no option for remedy. They are atrocious. They are without doubt the worst company I have used for travel bookings. So please be aware, what might seem like a good deal will cost you significantly in the end.
When you need it most, there is no one available to help you with any queries or changes to your bookings. Absolutely terrible experience and will not be a return customer.
An absolute nightmare when things go wrong. No email to contact them, they do not ever reply to form filled contacts. Indian call centre who really are of no help whatsoever.
This is the worst Travel site i have ever seen, is like scamming people out of money, i ask for my booking to thailand to be rebooked for latter date because off coronavirus and they refused? I booked an internal China flight quite some time ago. I was informed at the beginning of this month that our flight was cancelled. I was offered an alternative (leaving later - however I would miss my next flight). I have contacted them several times by email (no reply whatsoever) and by phone. They keep promising a quick reply time and again. In the meantime the clock is ticking and you're stuck. I have now been requesting a refund but the only thing I hear is "I have sent it to the relevant team and they will contact you soon". I get the impression that the strategy is to keep to busy until a/ it's too late or b/ you run out of patience. Bottom line, trying to avoid paying a refund. The FB person seems all nice but on the phone I was told "I'm only asking something small, to wait (yet) another 2 days". I found that very disrespectful - as if I am being annoying for asking about my flight?! I suppose the company is quite OK if all goes well with your booking. However when there is an issue, don't count on it getting resolved (timely - before you're desperate).

Payed for the flexibility where they wrote that cancelations would be free and changes as well. We also paid extra for the premium service. Even though we did all of this. They did not accept a refund (only offered 10% of the fees back) all in all it was cheaper by about 150 dollars on Qatars site itself. Also they only allow 1 bag even thou we are flying with Qatar. On Qatar you get 2 bags.
I would not reccommend yoiu use this agency to book flights. Alot of hidden costs and hidden T's and C's
Booked a flight to Tampa from London, downside we had to go via Frankfurt. But plus side, flights on time, really easy checking in and service on plane was great, and under £500 each. Happy Days
Shockingly bad customer service during what is a difficult time for everyone. And whilst all other travel companies either managed to deal with refunds quickly and easily actually DURING the peak of the virus, this company still cannot provide any assistance, no humans to actually talk to and despite saying they are processing a refund, 6 months later this is yet to be received. To add insult to injury, we purchased insurance for the flight that was cancelled so there should be ZERO ISSUE with refunding this flight. I will NEVER use this company again - bunch of cowboys.
Absolutely appalling customer service. So unhelpful and very very incompetent. Can't even process simple changes and needs 7 days. Stay away if you don't want to waste your money.
1st time booking an all in trip and very good service. Great hotel and flights with Aer Lingus so comfort that we'd actually get there and back without hassle.

Flights cancelled and told they had my money just needed to be processed, that was over 2 months ago. All they are is con artists that want your money, no customer commitment what so ever
