It's got nutritional courses, fasting guidelines, recipes for your everyday needs, exercise routines from beginners to more experienced users, and even a whole mindfulness and meditation section.

As someone who is currently trying to lose fat without compromising on my lean mass gains, it is important to have access to content and resources created by professionals, instead of wasting my time trying to figure out what to do all by myself.

I had a terrible experience with Lasta. They charged me without authorization, and when I reached out for help, their customer service was completely unhelpful. They respond quickly to negative reviews, making it seem like they care, but it's all for show. In reality, they do nothing to resolve the issue or refund unauthorized charges. Beware of this company—once they take your money, they won't give it back!

I've been trying to eat healthy for years, but my efforts were always in vain because I would lose motivation in a short period of time. But thanks to the calorie tracker and step tracker features in Lasta, I've regained my motivation. With the healthy recipes in the app, I can prepare low-calorie and healthy meals and I'm one step closer to my goal of losing weight. I keep track of how many steps I can take per day on the app, and I've even started going on morning walks just to accomplish my daily 10k step! I will try intermittent fasting in the near future, the app also tracks your fasting. I've also started doing the exercises included in Lasta, I never thought I would be able to do calisthenics, but with the diet and discipline, I'm already seeing changes in my body. I'm sure that if I continue like this, I will be able to achieve the healthy life I want. Thank you Lasta!

They offer a great introductory offer for a year, then continue to charge monthly without authorization. They have a contact number they do not answer ever, offer no hours of operation to call back and don't respond to emails. Trying to even find their phone or email is nearly impossible, it just routes you back to try to sell me things. I had to have the bank block any other payments. I'm so tired of companies doing business this way.

Totally disgusted with the ethos of this company. They continue to take money out of your account even after you've deleted the app & requested they stop with 7 emails. Scammers. Have nothing to do with them.

I enrolled in Lasta's workout program and also signed up for their nutrition plan, even though I'm already quite knowledgeable about nutrition. Realizing this, I requested a refund for the nutrition plan. However, as per Lasta's terms of service, refunds were no longer available at the time of my request, so they declined it. That said, they exceeded my expectations by extending my membership with an additional 3 months of their workout program instead! As someone who works in customer service, I truly appreciated this gesture—it's a great example of outstanding customer service!

What sets Lasta apart is its ability to tailor recommendations to my personal needs and goals. The daily reminders to stay hydrated, take breaks, and practice mindfulness have become part of my routine, and I'm feeling healthier and more balanced than ever.

This is a scam, do not make the same mistake I had. They charged the account without any permission once the free trial expired. Buyer beware!
