This great one is perfect because it adapts to any need and has many exercises that can be done at home.

I have been using this app for the past few days and could not be more pleased with the results. From day one, the app has given me personalized diet plans and workout routines tailored to my goals and fitness level. The customer service number says no one is available to try again later. Their website, has a chat box that leads to Zendesk. No option for a refund. I didn't order or receive any products from this company. When I filed a dispute through PayPal, they said I waited too late to dispute but on their website, it says customers have up to 30 days. I filed the complaint a day after I saw the charge which I did not even recognize. They don't even follow their own policy to issue refunds within 30 days. Paypal is siding with the vendor even though the company never provided a service or product to me. They don't even have a way to reach out to speak to anyone at the company.

I signed up for a 6-month chair yoga program offered at $0.16/day. Instead, they charged me $49.99 for a premium account AND $9.90 for a morning workout program that I never selected. I want my money back because they are a total fraud. They won't answer any of my emails to resolve this, though. Accordingly, I have reported their fraudulent practices, including the filing of federal and state criminal complaints.

I used the app for one session then couldn't log in on day 2. App kept saying they sent me an e-mail to log in. After trying for 2 days, I cancelled requesting a refund. Nope, no refund. This is a terrible site and they aren't giving me a refund. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Beware of Lasta! There is no order # and they charged me two different times. Charged $54.49 and another $10.79. I'm beyond mad.

I signed up for the app and was not disappointed. The membership gives me access to workouts, meal plan ideas, and much more. The app is easy to navigate, and the workouts I have tried so far are easy to follow.

I like so many of the other posters had my PayPal account charged once for $9 and then for $55, and I never played ANY role in signing up for it. I have no interest in their weight loss routine. They told PayPal I logged in twice, thus the terms and conditions on their site allowed them to take from my Paypal. Facebook often has accounts hacked and Lasta sent an email denying my request for payment to be returned. They claimed that I closed the complaint by deleting Lasta from withdrawing from my Paypal.
I have never bought something on Facebook but have been accused of my first and second transaction ever by Lasta.

I have been trying (and failing) to improve my health for years. I felt alone in my struggle and didn't have enough resources to stay on track. Lasta provides a seamless approach to achieve my goals. I love the 7-minute workout feature. If I am ever in a time crunch but wanted to accomplish some physical activity, I just pop on a short workout video and finish up feeling inspired. It is super easy to track my daily food intake and helpful to plan ahead for eating especially around the holidays. App itself worked fine, but discovered they raised the cost really fast ($9.49 to $9.99 to $29.99 within a month!). They also double charged me, and I also found a $56 charge one month. So this company really drains your account if you don't watch them.

SCAM.
I was excited to try lasta fit calisthenics.
Immediately after purchasing the calisthenics program, they automatically charged me for an additional weight lost program. I reached out via app and via email, on the same day, and they did not get back to me for a few days. 3 days later the say that will not refund my money for the additional weight loss program.
I was definitely taken advantage of.
Extremely rude and unhelpful.
After posting my experience, Lasta curiously sent an email stating they will refund the additional program I was charged for. Over 10 days later, NO REFUND.
In addition to the terrible customer service, LASTA Calisthenics is a poorly put together program. There is no variety in exercises, they just repeat the same exercises on different days.
Also, if you notice on the Instgram website, they have poor reviews, and they have changed their settings where they do not allow comments any longer. That seems calculated.
It is a SCAM.
I will continue to post on other review sites about this company as I still did not get my refund.
I would not trust this company.
