I am using this app for almost a month and can say that I already see result in my mind: I am no longer overeat before sleep, I feel light when I go to sleep, I wake up with energy and understanding that my relationships with food are better.

I love the recipes they have inside the app, it is truly might satisfy everyone. I fasting 2 times a week and I am not sure I am ready to make it more often, this is perfect for me.

Would recommend it to people who starting their intermittent fasting diet, here you can change your fasting period to the one you prefer and gradually extend it (if needed).

I regret that I only subscribed for three months. I would have saved a lot if I had opted for a one-year subscription. Nevertheless, the app is worth every penny as I utilize it on a daily basis.

Signing up with Lasta is the worst mistake I've made all year. I actually feel like crying. This is why it's so important to read multiple reviews from different sites before purchasing from scammers online. Lasta fasting app charged me 3 times. A total of $92.64 in the space of 3 days and there supposed to be an upcoming payment for $154.99 coming up at the end of my "7 day trial" in 3 days. How ridiculous! I requested a cancellation and refund they moment I completed my sign up because I I saw there was no iption to cancel yourself in app which is always a bad sign.

You can't cancel from the app, you have to send an email and it takes days to hear back. I haven't heard back at all and in that time I was charged the 3rd and highest amount of $77.7 for upsell book. After I signed up for the trial they offered me 96% off for my first month subscription but that ended up being a lie. And a new subscription that renewed 3 days after! Screenshots below. It's unbelievable.

They're like a PYRAMID scheme! I just wish I never gave them a chance. This is so much money I don't have to waste and they don't even have a toll free number to call. Stay away if you can. Do not trust them!

The app works well, and I absolutely adore their new workout videos. The models are fantastic, and the explanations are top-notch! It's a genuinely inspiring new addition.

Lasta has honestly been a game-changer for my busy schedule. I had a bunch of apps going at once trying to log my calories, fasting, and workouts.

I was able to combine all of these into one with Lasta. It was just what I was looking for with my crazy schedule.

I can easily stay on top of my food and water intake, which I have not been able to do before.

What I loved:

- Super easy navigation and tracking tools, easy to use which means I can stick to my goals. I was able to log all of my progress, even though I work 2 jobs.

- TONS of expert-guided information to motivate you to stay on track. Loved that I could learn about what breaks a fast while logging my fasting hours

- The fasting tracker has milestones that show you what benefits you are getting in real-time.

- Amazing variety of workouts, from chair yoga to challenging HIIT. I was able to get activity in even on the days that I felt tired.

- Helpful data tracking. I can see my charted progress. As a healthcare professional, I find this handy. I can potentially show my doctor the progress and have a saved history of my health information.

- The food menus took all the guesswork out of deciding what I needed to eat. I used to be so overwhelmed and tired after work that I would hit up take-out. This app helps take the guesswork out.

- You can get in touch with a mentor who provides tailored plans if you have any questions.

My favourite thing: Everything is in the app. I don't have to spend more time and energy with several different apps and googling info.

I can't believe I waited so long to try Lasta! Their recipes are delicious and easy to make. I already feel healthier and more energetic since starting to follow their meal plan.

I appreciate my gradual weight loss thanks to this app, and yeap, gradual because it took 4 month to achieve this goal and 2 month after it I still am about 127 lbs and the weight is stable.

After paying the monthly fee, you need to purchase each aspect of app for addition charges…and they don't end. Not worth the money.

I downloaded/ purchased the first month and after a few days decided its not a solid interface so I cancelled it via the PlayStore. What is gross business to me is when I noticed the 2nd month charge, I immediately contacted them for a refund for that month only, as I chalked the first purchase up as a dumb loss from a decision I made before reading all of these terrible customer service reviews.

I didn't even have the app anymore. I deleted it after following the websites clear instructions to cancel "whenever you want no question asked.

2 agents have now stayed "we can't find any emails from you" yeah- because we followed YOUR instructions.

Until I hear otherwise and the refund is be honored this one star and report to BBB.

I've since updated the review and it would be higher had it been a quick and simple refund process as the advertisement states. It took multiple messages, and the initial person gave a run around 3 different times. Only after I explained the lack of ethics, did another much more reasonable and ethical customer service rep correct the error of the first rep. I split the difference on both interactions with both customer service reps. I was assured the refund would be processed and the entire account membership cancelled. I appreciate the correction and hope refunds prior to the 30 day trial are honored for everyone seeking that option moving forward.

I'm looking for an app that keeps track of my fasting habits. When I found Fasta, I thought, I found the right one. I'm an overnight student at UEH and still do some side hustle at Viva Coffee, which I need to fit my fat below 14%. I need my app to keep track of the calories I put in every day, how many steps I take and how much water I drink. Ya know water is important for me, cuz it keeps my body fresh and stays conscious after hours of standing in the bar every day.
Besides, Lasta has more features that you should try. At first time, I couldn't believe that a fasting app like Lasta had those. A lot of mini-courses in the Explore tab are what surprised me the most. Practical detailed information is all you need to achieve so many goals If you keep following it. The first time I read "Trick to reduce appetite", I now can imagine how these lessons changed my life. I started using my slim-version plates, drinking water before meals, using the trial and method to find the exercises that affect my satiety, and so much more.
From now on, If anyone tells me how to keep fit, I'll respond "Secret!". Cuz I've using it for 2 months. Still, I don't have any reason to stop it. It's a kind of addiction to me. If you want to keep your body fit and gain knowledge of nutrition, forming habits, handling stress, and releasing wellness, you know where to find out. Trust me, It's worth your investment.
