I downloaded/ purchased the first month and after a few days decided its not a solid interface so I cancelled it via the PlayStore. What is gross business to me is when I noticed the 2nd month charge, I immediately contacted them for a refund for that month only, as I chalked the first purchase up as a dumb loss from a decision I made before reading all of these terrible customer service reviews.
I didn't even have the app anymore. I deleted it after following the websites clear instructions to cancel "whenever you want no question asked.
2 agents have now stayed "we can't find any emails from you" yeah- because we followed YOUR instructions.
Until I hear otherwise and the refund is be honored this one star and report to BBB.
I've since updated the review and it would be higher had it been a quick and simple refund process as the advertisement states. It took multiple messages, and the initial person gave a run around 3 different times. Only after I explained the lack of ethics, did another much more reasonable and ethical customer service rep correct the error of the first rep. I split the difference on both interactions with both customer service reps. I was assured the refund would be processed and the entire account membership cancelled. I appreciate the correction and hope refunds prior to the 30 day trial are honored for everyone seeking that option moving forward.
