Orderd the screen from the netherlands and received the screen in 2 or 3 days. When the screen arrived the numbers on the screen did not match. Called the customer service and the automated bot said it would take a fwe minutes, but it like 2 seconds for somone to help me. Was kindly helped and told that it should not matter and that the screen was compatible with my laptop. Screen works perfect!
Appropriately with the "Star Wars" new movie coming out this week, my 12 year old son accidentally left one of his "Storm Trooper" mini figs in between my lap top and key board and it ended up destroying my screen. Not really thinking it through i made the decision to send my lap top to my IT firm to fix it for me. They told me it would take just a few days and i would get it back in working condition. I have been doing business with laptopscreens.com for 6 years. I have never encountered any problems. There is no one out there that sells product or gives service of this high value.
Ordered laptop screen on 31st of Dec. 2010, It is now Jan 6th and won't recieve it until monday the 10th. Laptopscreen.com implies that will ship same business day, not true. They did not ship until Tuesday and, they had payment since Fri.
The shipper UPS did actually get the package for shipment until Wenesday. UPS tracking say's delivery on Monday the 10th. What happened to the 3 day select delivery? Would rate the service poor for laptopscreen.com.

Never order from this company, I received the wrong screen, the box was damaged and they are refusing an RMA so i have to spend the time to go through my CC to charge back. I purchased my LCD replacement and the order was processed almost the same hour. The screen arrived in a healthy amount of protective packaging and the only problem with shipping was on FedEx's part (something COMPLETELY out of the website's control). Their selection is pretty extensive. Should I need an LCD again, I'll be back.
I couldn't order a new Screen for my DELL Latitude E6420 in Switzerland (not directly at Dell or at BRACK...). But I found LaptopScreen.com in the Internet. I could easily find the required screen - and it was cheap.
