The site, while not beautiful, is easy to navigate. I found the screen I needed immediately but just to make sure, I took a picture of the barcode of the one I was replacing and sent it to tech support. They replied in less than an hour with a link to the screen I should get (which was the one I had found based on the earlier search). I made the order and it was shipped the same day. Additionally, when it came, I double checked the instructions by watching their video. The price was fantastic and saved me a bundle. It turned out the package was delayed several days, but that was FedEx's fault. I highly recommend this site!

Every purchase I have made from this site has been timely and without defect. There return policy is also good. Just don't wait if you do have a problem. I have found buying repair parts from an actual company allows the purchaser a little more recourse. If you are un-sure about shopping on any site check out there "about us" or "contact us" link if there is actual information and not just an email link then they are probably real company. I have not had any problems with laptopscreen.com and there products. The last LCD I ordered arrived in record time and in great condition. When I had drunkenly broken my Toshiba laptop's screen, it looked like it was going to need to purchase a whole new computer. (The cost of getting it repaired by professionals was approximately that same price of the laptop itself, so I had basically totaled it.) But I was able to order a replacement screen for much cheaper on laptopscreen.com, and they even had instructional videos showing you how to install it.

As it turns out, replacing a laptop screen is doable on your own, but I recommend having another person there to help you. The process of removing little screws while making sure to support the screen, and dealing with fragile connectors, is something that you'll appreciate the support of another set of hands. The video made it all look very easy, but the actual process is a bit more challenging. You can do it, for sure, but bring a friend.

I gave them the model number of my laptop and they knew exactly what I needed. The ordering process was very simple and straight forward, I wish it was that easy for other online ordering sites. The laptop display arrived ahead of schedule and my friend had installed and running in literally minutes. I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. Love that I can order, receive it in a few days and install so easily with instruction video! Highly recommend. I've ordered twice and both times impressed :) Only thing I would recommend... when dealing with the screws, lay the laptop down with the screen flat and keyboard up - so much easier to control AND you can power it up before screwing in, to test. That way if it's not connected right, you can fix and put screws in after you confirm it's connected properly :) I am SO happy! Love, love it and recommend this to all my family and friends.

I ordered and received my screen in short time as promised. I was able to track my order from the time it was shipped until received. I am able to track my order, easily because Laptopscreen.com sent emails basically everyday on the status of my order until I received my screen. It was also easy to install. They even provide a step by step video on their website about how to install your new screen. Most importantly, Laptopscreen.com saved me $200 by ordering and installing the screen myself. It would have cost me $265, plus postage, to send my computer into a repair shop to replace my screen. Also it saved me from having to purchase another computer. A must use company, when it comes to getting your computer screen replace! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I broke my Dell laptop screen and called Dell to get it fixed.
