I'm very happy with LaptopScreen! I have an (admittedly) elderly Dell laptop - upon which (somehow) I managed to crack the screen (a BIG crack). Being somewhat adventurous and way too cheap to just arbitrarily buy a new system, I came across LaptopScreen online and thought I would give it a whirl. I did - and, despite my total lack of techno ability, I managed to replace the screen and now my system works! The video was key! I've recommended LaptopScreen to my fellow clumsy coworkers and friends!

I found this site on a google search and i was surprised (pleasantly) how easily you can purchase a laptop screen. Then I found on youtube how you can substitute by your self your broken laptop screen and everything was very easy. As it arrived (less than 1 week from Canada to Italy), I could mount the new screen immediately so in about 1 hour my laptop was just as new. In conclusion I am very satisfied by the way every thing worked out. Greetings!

Easy to find correct screen. Fast shipping and delivery. Installed nicely with nice graphics. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it came with a white pixel almost dead center of the screen. From what I read that's a factory standard. I didn't call to complain because it wasn't a dead pixel so it doesn't show all the time, besides I almost through away my Toshiba laptop because the dead pixels were so bad. Purchased a replacement screen for our V200 Lenovo. The screen arrived well packed in four business days. Once installed and powered on the screen was clear and clean (no dead pixels, no lines, no shadows, etc.). The screen has been in use for about a month now, and the display is still clean and clear.

My due diligence indicated that laptopscreen's price was very competitive. Some sites offered an equivalent product for about twice the price.

My only request is that laptopscreen.com posts (or ships) installation instructions. This would have saved me about an hour of research and organizing time prior to purchase. Because the info is available elsewhere on the web, this was not a show stopper.

My daughter had the lower third of her screen that was a rainbow of colors. Best Buy told her it needed the screen replaced and gave her a price to fix it that was so high she could have bought a new laptop for a little more. So being on a tight budget she let it set around for six months. Then Dad comes to the rescue and finds a screen for her on laptopscreen. Com. The price was right and shipping was very fast. After watching a video on how to change out the old for new I had no problem. It works like new and everyone is happy! Great Company!

Great price on replacement screen, automatic 3 year warranty, and very reasonable shipping AND NO dead pixels! Came well packaged. All in all a great purchasing experience. There were slightly cheaper ones on ebay, BUT, for nearly the same price, the 3 year guarantee was the clincher.

I am from NZ and was quoted $500 by a local store to repair my screen. I had accidentally cracked the screen on my 16.5 inch Sony VAIO. After researching many sites, and repair centers. I found laptopscreen.com which sold me a OEM screen at a far more reasonable price than the others. laptopscreen.com has a three year warranty vs the others, which ranged from 90 days to 1 year. My laptop screen was not as easy to replace as other models, I had to remove the screen from the hinge to access the screws. With some how to videos I found on the net, and a friends help. My laptop fell off of, and was run over by my motorcycle trailer.

My screen was very well packaged... no chance of it being broken, and it was in a static bag.
