Easy to use site with clear instructions; I found the screen that I needed in less than a minute. Good price. The screen arrived on time and was in perfect condition.
Finding their "how to change the screen" instructions video on youtube saved me 100 bucks.

I bought two laptop screens from them at the same time, since they took 10 bucks off each screen. I got them rather quick, it got shipped the next day because i think i ordered late. Still, they got here on time and with fedex tracking number. The screens were in good condition and the exact screens i needed. The brand was Lg for both screens, better than i originally had. 2 weeks in to using them, theyre still working great. No problems, no complaints. I will make future purchases from them... thanks

Kid cracked my laptop screen. Found laptopscreen.com on line. Remarkably 3 days later it came and I installed it with u tube fix anything section and was up and running. Good price, good product and super fast. Its been 60 days and I still say A+

Excellent Service

I had a brand new laptop and my dog stepped on the screen... let's just say it was pretty messed up after that so I ordered a replacement screen and my son was able to install it in less than 10 minutes! How awesome is that?

I have nothing but good to say about my transaction.
I was hesitant to order online, the numbers didn't match up, but for the same make and model.
Took a chance. Quick delivery, Perfect replacement part. After a few minutes all was well with the laptop.

My son's laptop screen was damaged just before school started.
I needed to repair it quickly or if it could not be repaired get a replacement laptop.
Found the perfect model number match easily on laptopscreen.com.
This is usually the hardest part when ordering a display screen.
Screen arrived within 2 days of orderiing.
I was concerned about the packaging but the guys at laptopscreen.com packaged the screen very well. Well, enough that the screen arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered this screen in the morning, I received an email my order was in process in about an hour after ordering it. Att 4:30 that afternoon I received an email stating my screen was shipped to me. I received it two days later. Now that's the way to get an order out. Pick it, pack it, tag it, ship it. Just that simple. My new screen fits perfect. Hopefully I wont have to use the warranty. So far so good. Thanks

10/26/15 Just an update. Its been 7 months and the screen is still going strong. My wife uses the laptop every day for work and no problems to report.

Well id broken the screen of my Acer 5534 nearly 2 years ago and i was finally able to get a new one. I ordered it Tuesday with 3 day shipping and it shipped Wednesday. I figured it wouldn't be in till Monday due to the weekend but i was overjoyed to find it there when i got home Friday. Its a great site, easy to navigate, and gets your order there on time.

Amazing.

The videos are easy to follow and very, very easy to understand, while covering all the questions someone who knows nothing about computers would want to know.

Has perfect condition shipping, and 10 min videos that helped a teenager fix her screen in less than an hour and a half.

I'd trust them:)

Edit: I read some unfortunate reviews below. It's not a scam, not that I know of, and it worked for me. And I guess that might not be believable (haha I could be total bs) but, I don't know, it's worth it? I guess what I'm trying to say is I loved them :) saved me tons of money, and yes, I was unsure of them at first, but the thing is a $60 investment to potentially save buying a new laptop seemed, and was, a wonderful idea.

Try it out, and you won't be disappointed

Great experience

I broke out my old laptop to update it, and prepare it to teach EMS classes. I flip up the lid, and realize that my screen is cracked! So I'm mad, and about to buy a new laptop when my brother recommended this website. I found my screen, ordered it, and it arrived 2 days later! It was well packaged, and fit perfectly. I'm sorry that I didn't take advantage of the discount for making a video, however, I didn't have time to do it. It works great, and saved me a few hundred dollars having to replace an entire computer. It was done in time for me to teach a class. Thank you so much for everything. What can I say? I searched laptopscreen.com for a direct replacement screen for my Toshiba laptop. I found it easily and it was by far the best price I have seen on the internet from a reliable source. I received the screen in perfect condition and it took me about 15 min to replace. Screen turned on and looks better then the OEM screen. Not sure how, but it does! I am very pleased with my purchase and experience. I would definitely recommend to my friends and co-workers.

I ordered a replacement screen, and replaced it without any problems. It performed as required. Price was about the best I could find, with using the precise part number. What I found with some others that I surfed, was that the screen I asked about was quoted as being a replacement. It is always preferred to replace part number with part number. Connectors are correct, screw alignments are exact, etc. Just good sense.
Plus, I receive it 3 days earlier than suggested date when I ordered it.

Very helpful, friendly and professional service. Just call them and they will tell you which laptop screen to order - and video to watch.

The GEEK squad said it would take three weeks (yes three weeks) to repair my laptop screen. I ordered it from laptopscreen.com that day, received it the next and replaced it myself in 20 minutes. It cost me 20% for what The GEEK squad would charge (they said it would cost more that the 6 month of laptop).

Rated this 5 stars because I had no complaints. I accidentally broke my laptop screen when I left my USB memory stick on the keyboard and closed the screen :( The price seemed right, $61 + shipping vs. bringing it in to a repair store. The screen came in 3 business days, looked new to me. They sent an email offering $50 if I recorded the installation and posted it on YouTube but I'm not too smooth when it comes to laptop repair, so I did not take advantage of that. It took me a bit of time to figure it out but really, wasn't that complicated and I installed the screen. Works great so far!

Ordered HP LED laptop screen 5 weeks ago. 1st screen had mounting screws going in perpendicular to screen not parallel. Sent it back at MY COST. I kept asking when new screen would be sent and they asked for screen number. I sent HP model number. They sent message (no phone only messages) saying they need model number on back of screen. They now say they will send out correct screen. They should have asked for model number from the beginning. If this screen is wrong I will order an investigation by CC company should they not credit my card for full amount + tax. Very poor and sloww service.

I ordered a screen for Dell Inspiron for one of my customer. Screen arrived 3 days after I order it online. Installed on customer's laptop and everything went well, although the screen brightness has trouble to adjust with function key (I know only original Dell screen can adjust the brightness properly; however, customer doesn't want to pay too much to fix this semi-old laptop). Customer came pick up the next day and sent me a "Thanks" card after for quick service and cheap price for replacing the screen. This is my experience with laptopscreen.com.

The good...

The good... they have GREAT prices, a wide selection, fast (and reasonably priced) shipping and the quality of the screen is A+.

The only negative about Laptopscreeen.com is that their web site sucks. Thats it... no other negatives. And... that is not even very important because if you get stuck, just call the number and a HUMAN will answer and help you out! Love this company.
