My battery was initially out of stock but then came in a day or two later. I was upgraded to usps priority mail free but still took about the same time to get to me. Battery works fine and was an easy transaction, so I am satisfied.

I search the internet for companies who sold batteries for my laptop. I found laptopbatteriesexpress.com
And very quickly found the replacement battery I needed. I ordered my battery and received it in a week.
I had some issues with installing the new battery but after talking with the tech at laptopbatteriesexpress.com and doing what he suggested, my problem was solved. My battery would not charge and it was a software issue on my laptop. Once I fixed that, the battery is now working great.
Their website was very informative and the shopping experience was straight forward for a first time user of the site. Prices are a bit high but justifiable for a good quality battery. I am generally satisfied with the battery but slightly disappointed that a full charge sometimes lasts less than 2 hours. When it was brand new, the original battery in my laptop would operate 3 - 4 hours on a full charge so this isn't an exact replacement. The cost of the battery I purchased from Laptop Battery Express, however, is about half the cost of buying an exact replacement from the laptop manufacturer, so I feel I got good value for what I spent.

Everything was wonderful from ordering on line to the fast shipping. I first ordered from another place and had to send it back even though it said it would fit, it didn't. This new battery fits fine has a long charge time and was cheaper! Will come here again if we need a battery for another laptop.
