I was worried about buying and expensive OEM battery from a company other than the manufacturer but ZDNET said the company was good. I received the first delivery within 4 days, but it was the wrong battery.
I had to get in touch with service by using the new purchase line, but was informed that employee absenteeism was hurting and they got the new right battery to me in 3 days with a RA and shipping label for the wrong battery sent the first time. Charged it up fully and used it today. I was suprised because the original batteries that came with the Lenovo lasted about 5 hours and this one was at 2 % in 3. I had not intended to drain it that low. I am recharging it and will work it this week to 30% and recharge on 5 occasions and then hope the training will get the battery to a better state.
I realize problems can occur and the support people were very friendly and had a good story - I know the winter in Ohio is tough right now. The remedy was very quick and little hassle. I am just worried about the quality of the battery and will let you know in a week.
The whole process, from finding which battery to order, placing the order and receiving the order was fast and easy.

The battery was automatically upgraded to an extended life battery. It arrived in two days and is working well. This is a very good site if you need replacement laptop batteries.
Fast and easy. But why did I not get the lowest price listed in red? (this was my previous question, which I don't think was answered)
Very impressed with customer service checking in & trying to work through my computer issue. In finding out a new battery was not the issue with my computer, I am returning the battery. It a more complicated issue and not worth fixing so I will need a new computer.
Will recommend to friends though!

Good site easy to find what I wanted.
I sent the battery back AFTER receiving a RMA, and delivery confirmation. USPS tracking shows you refused the delivery. Now you have to call the post office in Grafton and request they deliver it again or it will be returned to me. I want my checking? Card account credited for the full amount of the purchase IMMEDIATELY. Don't force me to get the State Attorney General's office involved.

Had to re-enter my state info twice when moving through the steps to place the order. I failed to notice the check box regarding e-mail option had reverted to the default "yes". That is not acceptable and I request my name be removed from all mailing lists!
