I never had to order a lap top computer battery before. Since this was the first time it took me awhile to find the particular battery that I needed. I recognize that there at perhaps hundreds of batteries for all the various computers available so for an ill informed computer guy like me it is expected to take awhile, but everything turned out great and my computer is working fine. Thank you for the fast delivery. It most certainly was appreciated.
Good price, better warranty than Duracell - that was the deciding factor. A little hard to find the "view cart" after I had selected quantities... but I got through it. Hoping the battery lives up to its guarantee.
While the website didn't make battery compatibility among the different laptop variants obvious to laymen, the sales rep was helpful in removing all confusion about what battery I needed. The products carried here also sound top notch.

Battery does not lock in, screen does not come up, system beeps due to incompatible!
Adaptor when plugged in (Led) light only stay on for a second than goes out!

Though I've only had this battery for a week, it is certainly powerful. I researched batteries quite a bit before purchasing with Laptop Express, and although the cost was higher, it seemed a more reputable company than some other sites with lower priced batteries. I feel assured I've made the right decision.
Site gave detailed information about laptop batteries so I could be certain I was choosing the correct one. Ordering was easy, battery arrived quickly, and with it came instructions on how to maintain battery life. Now I can use my laptop again as a laptop without having to use external power source.
Checkout was tedious for paypal order. Product was delivered in a timely fashion and seems to be of good overall quality with the exception of the wire being just enough too short to make it an awful experience getting it installed. I had to remove the hard disk and gently heat the battery leads with a hair dryer to get it to fit into the socket. Once done, it appears to be functioning normally but a ten minute job took close to an hour and a lot of frustration. Even an additional 1/16 inch on the wire would have made things a lot easier.
Battery was slightly more expensive but appears to be better quality. I did appreciate all the information regarding battery life and quality of materials as that clarified the difference in price.
As this is a gift, I have not used it.
My battery is nothing like a brand new battery. Perhaps it's a refurbished one. I followed the directions EXACTLY as they state in their instructions, but it only lasts about an hour when fully charged. Tonight, it said it was at 100% even after an hour of use unplugged, then suddenly died. Now, it's behaving just like the old battery did before it died. I would like an exchange or refund.
It was somewhat disappointing to get a white colored battery case. Also, after charging overnight and following the instructions the battery never went above 79% charged. I would have thought it would go to 100% like the old battery.
I did appreciate your short letter on proper battery care since it included my mistake of constantly running it plugged in, which destroyed my original factory battery.
So far its been great. This is the second battery I have bought for my 2004 Dell Laptop. The first one was not from this company and it did not function, at all. This battery charged, and has kept its charge. I'd feel a little more comfortable giving fantastic "stars" if I had a little more time to figure out if the battery will continue to work, but, it actually works now. Pleased.

Easy purchase. Quality of Li Ion batteries are not only dependent on cell manufacture but also date of manufacture.Samsung is a good reputable cell supplier. Hope cells are not 3 years old. There is no manufacture date or date code on the battery so I dont know how old the battery is. Seems to be working fine but initial charge took longer than expected. Will see how long the battery will run my laptop after the first charge/discharge cycle.
Received the battery quickly and it fit my computer perfectly with no problems. The 9-cell battery I purchased lasts about 6 hours, which is good, but not quite as good as I was hoping for. So far, the battery is working well. I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies regarding short battery life, so hopefully this battery won't have any issues, but it is too soon to tell at this point! Otherwise, it has been a good shopping experience.
No problems with shopping. Ordered from Laptop Express because of their reviews, prompt shipping, battery fit and was charged at 89%. It quickly charged to 100 %.
Haven't used it yet with battery only, but expect it to work well.
Feel confident that if I have a problem, laptop express would remedy it.
You can buy batteries for half this price but the cheapo companies have bad reviews on their products.
Just buy a good one and avoid the hassle of a bad one.
