Everything was wonderful from ordering on line to the fast shipping. I first ordered from another place and had to send it back even though it said it would fit, it didn't. Quick, easy site to navigate, but more importantly you provide detailed information about your batteries AND additional information on how to extend battery life, care, and maintenance. I have learned from the past that all laptop batteries are not manufactured to the same standards.

Order process was easy and the descriptions were detailed enough that I was fairly confident I'd made the right purchase. Now that the battery has arrived, we found it fits perfectly and is working well so far. The Manufacturer of the battery - HP - did not carry it ---so, I was very grateful to this company for helping me receive one. The alternative battery suggested is much better ergonomically than that original! Great company to do business with!

Over all it was a good transaction. I did have some difficulty at first with the purchasing process on the web page but I ultimately figured it out and was able to make my purchase. The product works as advertised.

My battery isn't working. I get a 7% full after being plugged in, following the directions that came with it. Any suggestions or could I PLEASE get a replacement? I was laid off and really, really need this to work.

I have purchased a Dell Laptop battery previously and it's been working great. Longer life up to 5 or 6 hours.

Item was delivered in a reasonable time. Charged according to New Battery charging instructions, and charges to 100%. Actual time of battery use while on internet is about 2 hours. Off-line use time is probably about 4 hours. Overall Guarantee is 2 years, which is far longer than any other suppliers that I have found on-line. Price is a little high, but the guarantee makes the extra cost acceptable.

Nice website, easy to navigate, informative, arrived quickly, packed nicely. However, now that I have had the battery about 3 weeks...I charged the battery according to instructions and it was fine at first, but it is now completely dead and it won't recharge when plugged in. I am going to contact the company and will update my review later.
