Had issue checking out. Message said I was already registered and needed to log in but when I clicked on "Forgot Password" system could not find my email address! Otherwise no problems.

Received new battery but the "Extended Run" model was sent rather than the one that I ordered. This battery doesn't allow the laptop to be connected to a docking station, which is how the laptop is most often used. The correct battery is being sent to me.

All was more than acceptable to me and I am a pretty demanding customer. Items received in excellent condition, well packaged, etc. Professional web site, outstanding customer service, this is what I strive for in my own business which is landscaping. I also spent 20+ years in the retail ski business so I can appreciate what it takes to deliver such good service. They got the job done quickly and efficiently so what more could one ask for. Jim

The battery arrived quickly and was shiny and new with specific instructions about charging... which was all to the good. However, after several days I checked the battery and found that it has NO charge. No lights lit up on the battery. I have sent two inquiries to Laptop Batteries Express ( one by Email and one from the Website.) describing the situation and seeking advice. Sadly the company Laptop Batteries Express has declined to respond specifically, instead this survey arrived. The survey fails to address my current dilemma. I really would like a working battery--currently I have two dead ones which, I fear, are about as useful as filling out these surveys.

Gentlemen was very helpful over the phone, in making the correct battery selection for my laptop.
This company has been very helpful to me. I have been charging and then running battery several times as instructed to do. When connected to electric cord, everything is fine. When running my laptop only with battery, screen is extremely dim. I had hope doing the charging and discharging the battery after a while would be better, but no change. Also, in four hours can go from full 100% charge to 7%, for a 9 cell battery, would thought be a bit longer. Is there something wrong with this battery? Or should I just give it more time. Thank you.

Laptop Battery Express had very detailed information about the specific battery I needed and gave important info on how to maintain and get the longest use time from running and charging. Have only had the unit for a few days so long term results are yet to be experienced. There is a warranty to protect consumers from a bad or malfunctioning unit. I found pricing reasonable and fair in comparison to other vendors and became very cautious with the very "cheap" ones.

So far so good. If I get 2 good batteries for my way old laptops I will be very, very pleased.
[Update - 1 week after receipt and use]
Post Office failed to deliver when they had my package "out for delivery", but I got it the next day.
Batteries look good, work great, it's taking me a week to discharge and recharge 5 times they work so well.
This is the only place I found with new batteries that didn't cancel my order after placing it. Very happy.

The battery seems to work well (not that I've used it heavily yet), and I'm grateful that there's a site out there offering high-quality low-risk laptop batteries. The battery came quicker than expected, which was great. It came with instructions for starting the battery use right, and hopefully that will extend the life of the battery.
I did have a small problem with the website. There was a checkout error saying I needed to select a payment method. However, I'd already selected and logged into PayPal on the shopping cart page, and the checkout page showed PayPal.
