I recently placed an order during one of their 50% off sales. I was charged the discounted amount.
Tell me why I receive ANOTHER charge for the discounted amount. I call in and ask what's going on and they claim that happens all the time and that I'll be charged A THIRD TIME when the items ship.
What in the world? So I'm basically paying 3 times for 1 order and I have to just wait and see if and when it drops off. They claim it should drop off when the order ships, but then they wouldn't even tell me when the order would ship.
Absolutely fraudulent! So I basically have to wait and see and then file a fraud charge with my bank should they not remove the charges. I have NEVER dealt with this and I shop online REGULARLY through many other similar retailers. Complete scam company that I will NEVER use again.

Customer service seemed bothered by my inquiry and could not provide a reason for delay. I am going to cancel the order
Ordered some socks and a shirt on 09/14. By 10/04, the order still had not been processed. Contacted customer service and was advised that the order should ship in another one or two weeks! When I asked to cancel I was advised that they could "put in a request but cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled." Really? It takes up to a month or longer to just process and ship the order and they can't assure that my request to cancel will be granted? I used to love this company. I'm done with them.
While I don't dislike the quality of most of their products I've ordered, their return process is a nightmare.it was strictly a size issue. It took me 20 minutes to navigate on the site and I still have to drive 40-45 minutes to the nearest "Happy Returns" site. Give me a break. How dare I live in a small town!
This is the 2nd time my order has taken forever to ship, and will be the last. Last order was submitted on 9/11/2023 and is still in "PROCESSING" as of 9/27. One of the items was for an event this weekend and now I'm scrambling to find something else. Taking almost 3 weeks to ship is ridiculous and customer service is never able to give an ETA. They have changed my order to expedited shipping, but who knows when it will be out of processing mode. I used to love Lands End and recommended them frequently. Not anymore.
It is Sept. 21. I placed an online order with Lands End on Sept. 8. It has yet to be shipped. They cannot tell me when (if?) it will be shipped. Last time I buy from them. Too bad -- they used to have good-quality merchandise and customer service.
Why do you have to receive merchandise credit, instead of getting your payment in the form you paid for the item
I have broad should and I am fit. I have size b cups. The shirts I ordered Small Tall did not work at the shoulder seam or the shirt openings. It pulled at the breasts. So going up a size I fear will be an exercise in futility. Nice shirt designs. It really bites to pay 6.95 return fee. I wish companies had shoulder widths on their chart sizes. Sigh.
I receive a catalogue in the mail. I go on line to order a product that very same day. Not available. No back orders permitted. It happens all the time.
Sizing has become a problem. I have old Lands End tankini tops that still fit size 14 and 16. Now a 14 won't even make it over shoulders. Can never order from here again.
Buyer beware. Lands' End charges for returns if you live outside of a drop-off area. I live in a rural area and the closest Lands' End drop off is several states away. Given the new culture of on-line shopping, their policy is antiquated. Will never order from them again.
Don't order from them. It's been 4 weeks and I'm still waiting on a refund. It's criminal that a retailer does this to a customer.
I would not recommend any school using this company for their school uniforms. They have terrible customer service and the quality of the over priced items are not any different than the half priced Children's Place uniform clothing. Get the same items there for much less money!
I have been trying to order a 52 long suit jacket since February. They have been in the last 4 catalogs. It doesn't show up online. When I call customer service says they have NEVER had it in that size! Then fix the typo so I don't have false hope of getting a big guy an affordable suit!

I have bought starfish leggings from you for years. Although the quality changed slightly over the years, the quality has always been good. I have a closet full. I take good care of them, they are washed in cold water and placed on a drying rack. Same soap forever.
I decided to change from small regular to small tall as I really like them a little bit too long. I ordered 2 grey small tall, 2 black small tall and 2 blue small tall on a previous order. I could not find that order in my history. If need be I can go through my visa account to find when the money was taken out. I love these. Lengths great, perfect fit everywhere else.There was no problem with the order.
Recently I ordered 2 black small tall and 2 blue small tall on orders ******* and *******. I made a big mistake...because your quality has been consistent for years, I threw them into the wash pile right away without trying them on, so they are not returnable.There are noticeable uneven lengths and calf widths and the lengths are way shorter than the first 6 that I received.
So I have 4 new pairs that I will never wear. I am extremely annoyed about this. I can get cheaper leggings anyware. I pay extra from Canada due to exchange rates, even when those rates are high, because of the consistent quality.
I would like to know if there is any way you can compensate me for this? I have attached photos and if those arent good enough, I can take lots more.
Great selection of clothes and shoes at affordable prices. Sales are sooo good! The customer service is amazing. They actually have reps who answer the phone and are competent and knowledgeable.
I ordered a petite dress which was way too big so I decided to return. It cost $15.95 in shipping charges both ways. That is way too much for an item that I won't keep. I will not order again.
I bought a rolling suitcase in December 2021 for over $200. I travel quite a bit for work, and the suitcase seemed sturdy. Last week, the expandable handle won't expand making the suitcase relatively unusable. I called and Lands End won't do anything or offer anything about it. The representative was great and tried to advocate for me - still nothing. I won't be buying anything again. I'm stunned they won't do anything to stand by their products.
This company is unfortunately being run into the ground! They just need to close it now and get it over with. It is a shame. They used to have great products and I used to order on a regular basis. I haven't ordered in years because my kids are grown but decided to splurge and order a pair of $40 (on sale) slippers for myself. The quality is the worst I have ever seen. The slippers are not even wearable. Went to return only to realize that I can only return to a Lands End store - 80 miles away, so I'm stuck with the $6.99 return on the item. I called customer service and they really don't care about my predicament - kind of an "it is what it is" attitude. Goodbye Land's End!

Answer: Beware of Lands End's current "free" shipping scam. We get emails almost daily from Lands End offering discounts on certain items or even any item they carry and the have also been offering "free" shipping. Of course almost every online shopping site is offering free shipping right now. The difference between all other sites/sellers free shipping is that they will either give it to UPS, FedEX, or the USPS and those people make the actual delivery to your door in a few days. I'm assuming it is an effort to save money Lands End "free" ships packages via UPS BUT only to your closest major postal facility and drops all the "free" shipments there. It is then up to the USPS to sort everything and deliver the package to your home. This can result in a delay of from several days to a week or more. Our latest purchase was dropped at the sorting facility on 12/5. From there it needed to be sorted and delivered to the mail facility that handles home mail deliveries. Bottom line is that we didn't get the delivery until 12/9. That is after leaving the Lands End warehouse on! 2/2. I get shipments from LL Bean or Amazon purchases delivered in 2-3 days. The response we got after questioning Lands End was that if we want deliveries in 2-3 days we would have to pay for shipping. Considering the delivery times I get from other sellers offering free shipping, I think Lands End is misleading customer's expectations of "free" shipping. Come on Lands End, I want that big brown truck to bring my packages to my front door and want it to be REALLY free or you have lost a long time customer.
Answer: I don;t know about knit pants but I have had the Starfish for a couple of years now and they don't become baggy--just a little but they bounce right back after washing. I was very happy with mine, went to get a new pair and ended up with a pair I cannot wear. Dismayed to find that returns are too complicated (expensive, too) so will be getting out the sewing machine to make them fit (they are huge in the thigh). I think the problem lies with having ordered Tall. The old pants are just Regular. Be careful about sizing!
Answer: Several years ago i ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses from LE. I had to send two back for a different size. The replacement dresses were a slightly different shade of the color. Then had to send all 5 dtesses back to get all same color. What a mess!
