We recently purchased a "mini bernedoodle" from a breeder in lancaster, to our surprise the puppy (although is now a part of our family and we love him) is not even close to a bernedoodle, in fact to this day it is still a guessing game on what he is. The online profile stated that his parents were 15 and 18 pounds, but now our puppy at 5 months old is 30 pounds so that is clearly not the truth. In addition to this, when we took our puppy to the vet after purchase he had ear mites, multiple parasites, and scratches all over his ears. The individual we got this puppy from is named Jesse and he is from lancaster, PA. Moral of the story is, please do you research and do not get too excited to make a level headed decision. Luckily me and my family and the puppy are all healthy but this could have been a much more depressing story if there was an issue with the puppy that he could not recover from. Save yourself and the puppy from suffering and do your research.

I purchased a 3 month old Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier from an Amish farm in Lititiz, PA. The family came out and greeted us. It was obvious from the start that this puppy received tons of love by the owners and children. The mother was there and her pups roamed freely about. I was given the AKC certificate, vet paperwork, vaccination bottles for my vet, and a bag of food to slowly get her used to her new diet in her new home. She's well mannered and behaving fine. She's been easy to train and has been happy n healthy from the start. I did not even know about PA Amish puppy mills until after I bought her. I do not believe she came from one. She's gentle, loving and super sweet. She's adjusted well at the grooming salon and making friends at doggy daycare. I'm in love because she's perfect. I'd buy from there again!

This breeder is run by Daniel Gingerich. He was recently convicted of over 120 violations at his Iowa breeding location. He is banned for life from breeding in Iowa. Over 500 dogs were confiscated. Do not buy from this breeder. He abuses dogs and runs a puppy mill

I got scammed by a breeder named Jackie calderon who stated she was from Fort lee, nj.

Purchased my minature schnauzer for $2,200.00 after day 2 at home my dog had parvo virus. After 9 days in ICU and a $10,000.00 vet bill 1,000.00 was returned. My dog survived parvo but now at 1 years old is on 5 medications and has a seizure/movement disorder I cant afford the MRI to determine if dog has brain tumor

Made arrangements to drive out to a puppy farm that breeds labs and Golden's and a few others. The Rabers farm in Lancaster PA area. It was a 3 hour drive one way with kids and wife. They said they would hold the dog but when I got there, they said someone just took the dog. I paid a $200 deposit through an online app, zelle and they returned it to me by writing a check. Which was honest enough... But I ended up putting 7 hours on the road for no reason. Spent $80 in gas $60 on food. Had crying kids. Not nice!

Went to this place. It's a puppy mill.
Yuck. Mennonite (Amish) the place is not nice at all. Pups in kennel type barn. Stinky, pups were coughing. These people don't know anything about the breeds they are breeding. No knowledge. Just how? How can they be in business? Breeding too many breeds for sure.

Our little Toy Fox Terrier puppy is healthy, happy, and an absolute delight. The cost was reasonable (less than Craigslist!) and even the shipping was convenient and reasonably priced. If we ever need another puppy, we'll be back. I even got a follow-up call to make sure everything worked out.
I'm a senior, and retired. Agnes is our little sweetie-pie.

I purchased a maltipoo puppy from a breeder allegedly from Jamestown, NY for $2268 cash. This woman goes by the name Beverly Holiday (false name). She wanted to meet halfway In Horseheads. A large van (with Pennsylvania license plates) pulled up with the puppy. Long story short the puppy had a liver shunt and we couldn't keep her alive (she died within 30 days). Beverly refused to honor her one year health guarantee, instead blaming my vet and me for the puppy's death. Despite me spending $2000 trying to save the puppy (she was too sick to be saved). This woman could care less and has sent me the most awful accusatory emails. I have now hired an attorney to assist me with a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN. The email she uses now is *******@gmail.com.

There is little to no information on this site. I called the "breeder" and asked how long they have been doing this and learned the son wanted to try it out. The dog is 6 months old and is not housebroken. Overall this is a good site to get a dog (if you don't get scammed which is possible according to other reviews) but there is no telling what kind of dog you will get. It's not that I'm looking for a perfect dog. I'm looking for a breeder that can be trusted instead of a breeder making a cash-grab.

Then no show at airport and all phones disconnected. We got scammed for a $1000.

So we found our perfect cockapoo in Sept of 2020. We drove 3 hours from NYC to Mifflinburg to get him and he was on a farm with the Horning family. He just turned a year and he is the most smartest and sweetest boy i've ever incountered. Well we decided to get another dog this year and of course I came back to Lancaster puppies and this time we wanted to get a chocolate cockapoo. We found a cute little one and called to inquire and was told that she was sold. Pam was the seller and she texted me that she would have a litter of chocolate cockapoos and that she would send over pictures as soon as the next day. When she did, they were beautiful but they looked a bit dirty and one of the pups seemed to have had a eye infection. I decided to pick one of the males that had blue eyes. They were 6 weeks old and had about two weeks left to get upto date shots and able to come home with us. Pam sent me a link where she said I could put a deposit in for the pup. Well, when I clicked on the link it was a whole other website puppyforyou.com with a whole lot of other pups and they just didn't look alright. I of course right away thought puppy mill and decided to back out of getting a pup from them. I also did try and research the website and saw reviews and they weren't good. I am a person that rather buy from a family that had a litter of puppies and just wanted to sell them. I will not support pet stores and puppy mills. Hope this helps and hope everyone does their research and gets their perfect pet.

I got my bichpoo puppy she is such a cutie! She adapted great! Only thing when we picked her up she was horrified she threw up then ate it. Overall great service!

I just recently purchased a playful loving little Cakapoo from breeder Martha Wenger in Ephrata PA who was very gracious to me and my family at the time of my pick up. Molly is the most friendlies pup ever. She's very healthy according to her veterinarian in New York our place of residence. Molly has been complimented so many times on her playful, friendly and of course the cutest puppy anyone has ever seen. So cute that lots of people have requested the name and number of the breeder Mrs. Martha Wenger. Thank you Mrs Wenger for breeding a well bred pup who has made myself and my family very grateful for having Mollyin our lives.
