Lamps Plus

The most difficult thing about ordering from LampsPlus is the huge selection! I ordered a reading lamp and it arrived quickly, required very little assembly, and fully met my expectations. Still waiting for the chair but that's not LampsPlus!

Second time purchase, this time a Kitchen table fixture. The glass was cracked, and they were able to send a replacement only glass(s). Was offered a completely new fixture but had installed and wired so I declined.

However, after it was assembled I could not turn it on. There is a piece of silver on the knob that prevents me from turning the switch. Unfortunately, calls I made were on hold too long—not a criticism-but still Vacation time so very busy.

I've gotten numerous offers for discounts on line and by mail that never seem to apply

We ordered four glass lamps and they are beautiful! The colors are amazing. They were well packed and we had no issues with delivery. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.

Poor quality and very unattractive. I've bought lamps from LampsPlus before and always loved them. These were cheap money wise and look wise.

Great selection & quality. All parts there and easy install

The lamps is as specified, but the finish of the shade is sloppy. The lamp came packed in a lot of styrofoam, which is a burden to me and to the environment.

I loved this lamp, an overhead for the kitchen. It's a little unusual but still pretty. Even the electrician who installed it thought it was pretty.

This has been a seamless process so far. Already received my other orders. Thank you!

I love the Leigh's but it went down $49.00 a few days after I received it! I was so disappointed

Product is very nice. The packaging was done well to a fault. The lamp was well protected. Big problem getting it out of the packing. I was worried about damaging the lamp just to get to it.

It was very easy to find, order, and receive my item. It arrived in a few days. And is perfect for our foyer.

The lamps look very nice to the undetermined eye but on closer look their quality control is in need. Some of the bars are a crooked on the Beauchamp and one of two Copenhagen pendants is crooked. We were unable to straighten them completely but like the look of the gold colored metal and the Beauchamp doesn't overtake the room like a drum did. They are near each other so needed a match or complimenting design.

I received my lamp on time. It was packed very well damage free. The lamp looks of better quality on the Pic. Overall I'm somewhat satisfied.

Unfortunately had to return lamps because way too big. Customer service was excellent. We have done business with you in the past and will continue to do so. Absolutely love the kitchen stools we bought from you several years ago. Many thanks!

Very Prompt and caring staff. Lamps lit up my mother's dining room beautifully.

My experience was uneventful and no problems, it was shipped fine.

I originally purchased a Franklin Iron Works table lamp. The shipping was super fast and the lamp was prettier in person than it was on the website. I went back to the site and ordered the Possini Euro Stinson ceiling lighting for over my dining room table. Both are beautifully made and I think the aesthetic is worth the price of each piece. I will be back for ceiling fans for the bedrooms.
