I mounted these small ceiling lighting panels on the walls perpendicular to my medicine cabinet mirror.

The shade came thru beautifully, However, the device holding the shade away from the sides of the box caused us a little grief. We couldn't figure out how to remove it easily. I'm sure there is probably an easy way to do this, but it took us at least a half hour to do it.
After placing our order, delivery was fairly quick. The fixture was very well packed with protective foam, contained in plastic bags. No damage and all promised parts were i9ncluded. All good.

On October 1,2025, I ordered online a lamp for my grandson's new desk. I waited and waited and finally called on October 27th to ask when I can expect to receive it. The person I spoke with called the distributor, and I was told it would be sent out the next day, October 28th.
I received it this weekend. The box was damaged as was the shade! I didn't unwrap it. Instead of a round shade, I received a shade that was pinched on one edge.
I will call about returning it and requesting a full refund. Very disappointed with Lamps Plus and this experience.

When I first logged on, I was given a $75 discount to apply. However, when I purchased this particular ceiling light, it stated it would not apply. Rip off! Just so you know, I purchased this same ceiling light in 2020 for my house from Lamps Plus. It is now not working, shorting out, etc. An electrician said there was a problem with the wiring and that I should use the light at all and to get a new one! Rip off!
My lamps were open box items - but they came beautifully packaged and arrived when promised. One of the lamps was missing a harp, finial, and on/off knob, but I called service and they were just so friendly and helpful. She put in an order for the missing pieces and they were delivered within a week. I just love the lamps, but the service was the best!

The service was very good, and especially the delivery of the items — fast and reliable.
Boxes arrived super fast and boxes were really beat up. Great inside packaging resulted in no damages. The ceiling lights look nice but are pretty light weight. A few pieces I thought were going to be glass were plexiglass. I should have read the description closer. Overall the lights all provided a nice update and look very nice.

I had ordered three Hinkley Portia Modern LED Bath Lights. One of them came with a defect (a bleb) in one of the glass cylinders. After a pleasant phone call to Lamps Plus, they had Hinkley ship me a replacement glass cylinder for no charge which arrived about a week later. And no need to return the defective cylinder.
Very frustrating that your site would not accept any coupon codes I could find online that claimed they were good through 6/4/2025.
