Ordered lamp, not delivered within a reasonable time frame, returned. Attempted to call company, they give you the we are busy, but when you come to the top of the queue, it hangs up on you. Messaged on their face book page, and got a meaningless response in 5 days.
Bought two lamps as gifts. My granddaughters love them. It is hard to get them on the phone, but if you write a message on their site they will reply within 24 hours. I returned a lamp because I saw a lamp that my granddaughter would prefer. Once they received the returned item. My money was quickly refunded. I am satisfied with this company and hope to purchase more lamps in the future.
The teddy bear lamp with the balloon made a perfect gift for my cousins birthday. She loves it and always has it on. I had no problems with shipping or delivery. These products are one of a kind and I would definitely buy from Lampeez again!
I purchased three of these for my grandchildren for Christmas. First of all, there is not any 3D effect to them. Secondly, one of my grandchildren was holding it and the figure fell from the base and cracked! It was not securely held in place in the base. It's funny that you cannot directly write a review on lampeez.com. All you see there are great reviews which the company must have written themselves. Don't be a sucker like me, NEVER buy from them!
Be cautious of this company. VERY cautious. They gladly take your money but if you have a problem there's no way to contact them. Check their site. You wont find a phone contact and their email is answered by a bot. No real people on staff? No real way to straighten out problems. Emails after five days have not been answered. They just dont care. Now I have 2 lamps I didn't order and apparently cannot be exchanged. They are just not worth the hassle.
I bought four of these as gifts for Christmas for my grandsons. They loved them! They brighten up their rooms at night but are not overpowering. I ordered the large size! They love changing the colors. They arrived in a very timely manner too! I highly recommend this company.
Gave it one star because I didn't have the option of ZERO stars. Thought this would be the ultimate Christmas gift. WRONG! Nothing more than a piece of plastic in the shape of an elephant with white lines. And to add insult to injury I spent the additional $20 for the larger size. So sorry I didn't find this review first.
Attempted to contact them by phone when my order was three weeks late. Got a message saying they were not excepting phone calls into contact via email. Send the email with details of the order and asked for help tracking or replacing the item. They never responded. I would not purchase again nor would I recommend this company
It was a Christmas gift for my husband. We both love it. It looks good with or without the lights on in the room. I like the color rotation but if you tire of it you can set it for your favorite of the 7 colors. Lampeez was easy to work with and were even willing to give me my money back when it ran 8 days late in delivery. It was not required and it did arrive before Christmas. It is an awesome addition to his "Man-Cave".
I got this for my nephew who has everything and is obsessed with hockey. The worst thing happened though, the package was stolen from my porch. Lampeez found out and sent me another one. They didn't have to do that! What a great company to help me like that, reminds me that there are good people/companies out there.
I purchased the Musical Notes 3D illusion lamp as a little side gift for Christmas 2018, for my teenage son who excels in music. I was so happy when he opened it and was very excited to get it! It looks stunning on his bedside table. He is very happy with the features and looks of this unique gift. Would definitely buy from this company again.
I believe this company is a scam. I called a number and it said you have reached us after business hours. Really at 11 am? I think they are using a Texas address but are based overseas in China. I ordered over 300 dollars in merchandise and have received no communication from them at all. No shipping date or tracking number. The only way you can respond is through email. No way! I have learned my lesson and will never order from them again. Hopefully I can get my 300 dollars back.
I recently purchased these as gifts. It's cheap plastic and terrible quality. I inquired about returning and they instructed to ship back on my own expense and then have to pay a restocking fee! Don't buy!
I bought the wine lamp as a gift for a friend. He and his wife both love it. They told me that everyone that sees it asks, "Where did you get that"? It's so cool! I bought the taller lamp. A bit pricey but well worth it. I will not hesitate to order from this company again
I bought this Lamp as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her family. They were extremely happy with the Lamp. A few years ago they had a vow renewal ceremony at the Eiffel Tower, and they're very impressed with the appearance and craftsmanship. Thanks for the beautiful Lamp. I have bought three different Lamps since I received the Eiffel Tower, that's bc we were so impressed with our first order.
I purchased the elephant lamp for my daughter as a Christmas present. She was thrilled with it and promptly placed it in her home office. It was easy to set up and made a wonderful night light also. I cannot understand how anyone would not like these lights. I thought they were beautiful and made a delightful gift. I had no trouble with my order and it arrived on time and in perfect condition.
I have purchased 4 of your table lights over the past couple of years and I find everyone of them beautifully done. All my friends really like them as well and have asked me where I bought them. I'm actually relived they're NOT made out of glass. I would have probably broken them all by now! Anyway, keep up the good work! I'm sorry I don't have a picture to include at this time...
Lampeez lamps are incredible! I love the amount of design options and they make great gifts. The lamps are super functional as well as being an awesome addition to any room. They're perfect for both kids and adults. I absolutely recommend buying one.
Ordered 11/2/18, still not shipped and BS for communication, what little there's been. I'm not sure the merchandise actually exists. I'm about to cancel the credit card payment and move on. My advice is to stay away from Lampeez, or order from Amazon.
I ordered 2 lamps as Christmas gifts for my grandsons and I know they will love them! Love the fact that they are unbreakable, as they will be putting them on a shelf (according to their Mom). One lamp arrived without an adapter, so I messaged them and asked if they could send me one, since I Did Not want to return the entire package. They were So gracious and sent me not one, but two! Additionally, the shipping time was Much faster than what I thought it would be. Took less than a week for the lamps to arrive. May take a bit longer at holiday time, but I could not be More Pleased with my Purchase.
