Lampeez

I ordered a lamp back in October for $200. I emailed on 10/2 and was told since it was a special order. Hear it is 12/14. I checked its status. I was told the order was not found or was deleted. I will also notify Pch.com to stop sending email from this company because of my experience.

Had a package delivered (6-5-19) I did no order this, no information as to what it was or who sent it. No phone # available to check on order #, had to email. 1st email sent 6-7-19 (requesting info including order #, only info available on shipping label). Email reply we are looking into it. As of 6-14-19 no response. This firm must have taken its customer service training from a third or fourth world country.

I had just moved Virginia and gave them the wrong address by One number. Not only will they not help me with the problem, they're actually rude about it. So with tax I paid $45 for nothing for a gift that was for my son. On top of that I am homeless and they don't care that I took a lot of my money to even buy this gift. I find that very cold company and a very poor one to work with. So in other words they told me it's my problem not theirs.

I purchased the hummingbird Lampeez for my Mom as a Christmas present. She absolutely loves it! During the day, it is pretty when lit, but at night, it is gorgeous! She changes the color everyday. One of her all time favorite gifts. Would definitely buy more as gifts and for myself.

I am very happy with all of the lampeez products. I bought a total of 10 to decorate my art studios and families homes!. Customer service has been a champ as well! Satisfied customer here, and my nephews, mother and father all feel the same!

After reading these reviews there seems to be a pattern. I placed my order on 11/29/18. Still havent received a shipping confirmation. Emailed twice with no response. I finally called today and after being on hild for 45 minutes my call was answered. It seems a story was made up for everyone. I could hear other people in the background giving the same story i was given. The whole pallet of items was lost! Yeah, right. She promised to personally send my item to FedEx today and have it here by Christmas. I'm 98% sure that wont happen but I will wait 2 more days and if my item hasn't shipped I will request a refund that I will probably never get. All buyers should be extremely cautious...

Save your money! I We ordered the Elephant as a Christmas gift for our Granddaughter. Upon arrival in a paper mailer envelope, box smashed, upon inspection noticed the cheap material. The glass plate was extremely smudged and didn't fit in the cheap plastic holder the remote didn't work, the light colors did not work. And the only thing the customer service would do is charge me for return as well as a charge for "restocking " we paid 60$ and it cost us 30$ after fees. I wish I would have thought to take pics! What a RIP OFF. Because ofThis Company I lost my trust any other social Media advertisements... singed concerned consumer.

Once I decided on the color changing guitar I purchased during an offer of a discount and free shipping. It's perfect for our home music studio.
The package arrived so fast I wrapped it even before the tree was up!
I'll definitely order more. Great service.

I agree with all the other negative reviews and should have seen this before making a purchase. I bought one as a gift, site scammed me into buying another AFTER checkout. So immediately emailed them for refund. Then I get the product and it is so cheaply made and looks like something you'd pick up for $1 at the dollar store! I would be embarrassed to give as a gift so emailed again for return process. Surprise! 10% "restocking fee" and charged additional $6.99 for shipping, even though I paid for my own shipping to ship it back? Such a scam of a company. DO NOT BUY!
