This company is a master at the bait and switch. The ads online depict an alluring 3-D high tech color display that looks like it would enhance any room.
When you receive your order, you will surely be disappointed- you get a piece of cheap plexiglass that inserts into a battery powered light source. It's junk. You wouldn't put it in your 5-year old's room if you wanted to amuse them.
I purchased the drum set lamp for my Granddaughters birthday. She LOVED it, and really liked that it changes colors. She is in Band at school and can play many instruments. I would definitely order from this company again. I liked that the company drop shipped directly to her, as I live in Kentucky and she lives in Texas. Saving me shipping cost.
I was blown away when i got this lamp as a gift for my son... Its a piece of plexiglass. When I tried sending them e-mails twice to return this CRAP they wont even return your messages. I saw a few phone numbers to call but they just say that do to the high volume of calls (sure all of us idiots who purchased there junk) that you have to leave messages at the help tab. Well lets not hold our breath as i dont see any paybacks coming from this scammers site. BEWARE of Lampeez
Easy buying experience! Fast shipping! When the lamp arrived, we plugged it in to make sure it worked before giving it as a present. We made the mistake of trying to push on the "button" and it didn't work. I sent an email and received a response quickly explaining that it was a sensor. When we just covered the button with a finger, it was amazing. We can't wait to give our musician friend this lamp
Order my lamp in October and still haven't received it. How long does it take to ship from Texas to Calif. This was going to be a birthday gift for my 11 year old grandson. Now I have to go out and buy something else. I well return it was soon if ever it gets here. I have been trying to call Lampeez but know one answer phone. Found out this is a house address. Please don't do business with this so called company.
I bought one of the palm trees and after seeing how well it projected the tree, bought another one! All arrived in good order and it's great that they operate from AC or batteries! Very satisfied and thinking about another -
I ordered Nov. 23,2018 and they charged my credit card on Nov. 2,2018. Sent several emails asking where my products were and kept getting the run around. Dec 3rd I requested they cancel and refund and immediately got a tracking number... and that was all they did, made a FedEx label but never sent any product. Kept requesting refund and they wont even answer now. This company is a scam. I am now filing complaints with Texas Attorney General and federal agencies. They took me for over $98 Don't order from these people. The phone number never is answered
I ordered my lamps early in November. It is now Christmas Eve and tracking on their website still shows in Texas as of Nov 25th. Tracked with USPS and they have no record of the number. Have sent many emails and even tried a "live" chat. NOTHING. This company is joke. Can't get a phone number or any real person to reply. So not only am I out 3 Christmas presents, I can't even get my money back! I wish their was a zero star option.
My husband bought the table clef and music notes lamp for me for Christmas two years ago. It sits on my piano, and I absolutely love it. Last Christmas I bought the large guitar lamp for my son. He loves his as well. The lamp came in good time, and was packaged very well. I am completely satisfied with the lamps, and have had no issues. I would purchase again.
This company is crap, bad on my part that I didn't do my research before ordering. Ordered first of November 2018, still have not received. I sent an email and was told in a not so nice way it would be shipping. I told them to cancel the order and they waited to respond for 3 days and then said it had shipped and they wouldn't cancel the order. So many scam companies that appear around the holidays. This company needs to be put out of business, they are doing nothing but taking advantage of people. Shame on them. May you rot in hell!
I ordered a lamp and it was supposedly shipped - UPS transferred to local Post Office. Post Office tells me that it was never received. It was a Christmas gift. Like others said, I should have read this first! I emailed them twice and did online chat to no avail. I called my bank to dispute charge. I encourage others to do the same. I should have known better when there was no phone number to call. Buyer beware.
You oder, they take your money & never ship the items. When you inquire about shipping your told the lamp is no longer in production. I'm still waiting for a refund and having to start legal action. The company has been reported to the US department of Consumer Protection as well as BBB and other agencies.
Bought a "3-D" elephant lamp as a gift through a Facebook promo. Cheap plastic schlock, flat, NO 3-D effect despite online appearances. Paid $40 on sale, not worth $5. And it was "originally" $70! Will return, despite the fact they will charge $11 to do so, AND I have to pay shipping. At least they shipped fast, so there's time to get a decent gift.
I just love my lamp! When I have it to where it cycles thru all the colors. I could just lay here & look at it all day if I could. Everyone who has seen it just loves it & asks me where I got it. Of course I tell them Lampeez! Christmas is coming up soon & I will be ordering again. My problem is figuring out which ones to purchase... I love them all! I have this one sitting on my wine bar. I have not had any problems with Lampeez & to my surprise. It did not take long to get here either.
I ordered 4 large items from lampeeze (does not deserve to be capitalized) as Christmas presents. I received a box, days after Christmas, with only 3 items. I have emailed and called and no one seems to care I am missing my 85 year old Mother's "Jesus on a Cross" lamp Christmas lamp. How sad is that? Lesson learned! Next call is to the Better Business Bureau.
My Sister collects Elephant Memorabilia. When I saw this I had to get it for her... She Loves it. She in turned got me a Patriot Logo... My Brother is a Train Collector and has an amazing display. I purchased the Train Lamp for him for Christmas.
From the pictures of the Wine Bottle and Glasses, we thought they looked great, but were a little skeptical about how the actual lamp would really look. However, when we received it and set it up we were extremely pleased. The colors can be changed as often as we want and the rotating function changes through all of the colors. The service and delivery were everything we expect from a business. We highly recommend this company.
Sent the small when I paid for large. Lamp base didn't even work properly. Returned for refund, when I didn't get money back they refuse any further help because I didn't pay extra for tracking shipment. So now I have no lamp, no refund, and no cares from company. Terrible product and even worse customer service! Beware and don't do business with them!
This company is a complete joke. Don't waste your time or money ordering from them. Ordered something in November. Didn't get it until late December. They sent me the wrong item. I sent the wrong item back. I then spent another month waiting for the correct lamp... never got it. Demanded a refund and they only gave me a partial refund. They will hear from me everyday until I get a full refund. P.S. It's taking a lot of self control not to use colorful language in this review. This "company" is RIDICULOUS.
I absolutely love Lampeez 3D lamps. The colors are bright and light up a room great for a nightlight. My grandson has spent the night with me twice since I bought my peacock ans on the 2nd night he said "Nannie, I need the peacock light". Good thing I bought him the dinosaur one for Christmas. I love them so much that I purchased 6 of them.
