Plastic garbage

I was truly taken by their beautiful photography. These are total pieces of trash. Going direct to company was 50+ dollars with terrible return policy. Amazon much cheaper but honestly not worth it. Don't be sucked in

Bought 4 lamps from company one snapped in half ( guitar) others I now am very careful handling. What is frustrating and annoying is the number of marketing emails from them. They are supposedly from customer service but are in reality spam emails which despite multiple requests to desist have not. I do not understand why a company would want to aggravate an already established customer that has resulted in no longer any interest in purchasing from them. Also there appears to be no option to contact by phone so when you do not respond to emails makes this a bad company to deal with.

Just Perfect

I've been a customer of Lampeez since 2016 and have shopped here several times. There are some delays specially during the Christmas season, but they do get there right on time, even if it's just a few days before Christmas Eve. I love the products, and it makes a great gift. I'd recommend purchasing from Lampeez, you'll love the lamps.

Amazing

I'm shocked by the reputation of Lampeez on this site. I've been a customer of Lampeez since 2016, and have bough several gifts every Christmas. Yes it does take 2 weeks for delivery, and 2 days to get a response, but that is expected during the busy season. Everyone I've given the gifts to has been very pleased, it makes such a great gift. They have even started including USB wall adapters this year, so you get everything you need. If you are on the fence, I would say take a leap. I highly recommend this company, their products are very unique and amazing

PROS: Arrived within a few days of ordering; packaging was nice
CONS: Way overpriced; never received any type of receipt for purchase; emailed and never received a response; looks cheap definitely not what I expected, I ordered 3; I would send it back except I would have to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee; no receipt or packing statement in box when it arrived.

My experience with Lampeez was a success. I emailed customer service about my delivery and they responded very quickly. My order took 8 days and being this close to xmas was great! The product is very simple and not exactly what I was hoping for but the for $ 50 what do you expect! Ill buy from them again!

After waiting longer than I was promised, and paying more than other retailers, I was pretty disappointed in quality of the lamps. They appeared cheap.

Because shipping took so long (3 weeks), I was forced to buy other gifts for fear that the lamps would not arrive by Christmas. I hope that this was an isolated problem.

This is an honest company.
They stand behind their products.
I have been burning one constantly since February. No problems.
A lot of transient in my area, from the street it appears that someone is watching TV. Cheapest insurance possible.

DONT ORDER!

I had same experience as others. Ordered lacrosse lamp in November as Christmas gift for my son. Received it 3 days before Christmas & it was a hockey player! Wrong! Emailed company 3 times with no response. I'm furious! They should be shut down!

Defective product

DON'T order anything from this company, don't respond to issues with products or returns. Once 14 days goes by they don't have to refund your money. Pictures are not true to actual items and cheap plastic for the price is a total rip-off. They also operate under several different company names but with same P. O. Box.

Scam
December 19, 2018

Ordered product and was stated that it would ship on 12/14/18 with 4-5 day arrival. On the 17th received an update that they will "pick" the order in a few days and will take weeks to arrive. Several attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. Don't wast your time or money.

I too should have read the reviews. Notification said I would receive my lamp December 8. Still waiting. UPS cannot help because it has been given a USPS tracking number, post office said they never got it. 5 days and 5 emails, still no response. Don't take a chance on this company.

I have been trying to retrieve commissions from the affiliate program where I sold several item for Lampeez. 115.81 has been on their books since December 2017 and I still cannot get these commissions. The last email I received they said that their website is down and to check back next month. Ha! I send an email at least every two weeks and I usually don't get a response. Plus I've heard a lot of bad things about quality of the product and terrible customer service. Stay away from this company!

I ordered a swimmer lamp as a gift for my son and they sent me one with a wine bottle and glasses instead. Since there is no phone # to call, I submitted a support
Ticket on the website on Dec 26 to hopefully get this fixed. Although I did get a reply from Lampeez support stating they would send me the actual product I ordered, it is now Jan 18 and I have not received anything. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update with no response. I finally had open a dispute on my credit card because customer support at Lampeez is basically non-existent. They don't seem to care to resolve any issues customers have. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Great Lamps
September 14, 2020

I ordered three of these for Christmas last year. Everyone that got one, loved them. They are so pretty to look at in the dark. Different ones fit certain family members. It was awesome to see their faces when they opened them. May have to get one for myself! Love them!

Zero customer service

Submit an order for a custom lamp more than 2 weeks ago. It is meant to be a christmas gift. Unfortunately just now reading these reviews after having no luck obtaining follow through on an expected time line for the order and if my order will be completed prior to christmas. No phone number. No email response. Have a feeling I just lost $175. Buyer beware!

Poor customer service
December 19, 2018

Tried to contact their customer service at least six different times and either could not get through, or got no response. Asked to have my order cancelled because of lack of response and the fact that I was led to believe that it would ship and deliver before Christmas. They eagerly debited my card, but never responded. I am disputing the transaction and hopefully will get reimbursed. I wish that I had read the company reviews before I made the mistake of purchasing from them.

I got one for myself, the lotus and then two others for friends. I like mine as a low light in the living room. I like changing the colors. The fish was for my friend's son who is disabled. They have to check on him in the night and the goldfish gives off a nice glow so they can see, but not bright enough to wake anyone! The last was for a garden loving friend. I sent the butterfly to help her keep summer in her home all through those bitter Indiana winters. Everyone loves them and I found the company to be reliable. It did take a while for delivery, so be patient.

I ordered a custom made 3D light for my grandson for Christmas on November 5th and as of today, December 17th, have not seen it and expect not to. Don't be fooled by the emails they occasionally return that "it will be in the mail next week" crap. This is a horrible company and had I don't better research i could have saved myself like $160. And then to read all it is is a piece of plastic with some etching on it and definitely not 3D makes me even more upset. So terribly disappointed as this was to be my grandsons main gift, now i have to go out and replace that. This retired Grandma is definitely disappointed and frustrated.
