My dress is beautiful. I am happy with my purchase. The only thing is that the back of the dress is not as long as in the picture, other than that it is what I expected!
Dress runs HUGE! Their return policy is a HOAX. They state that you can return a dress if it's not custom made in a 7 day period BUT THEY WON'T ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. I ordered a size 6 since according the size chart they display in the website I'm supposed to be 6, but that chart is inaccurate and they won't take responsibility and won't accept your dress back. Plus, the fabric/chemicals gave me the WORSE RASH OF MY LIFE! I had to go to the ER because of that.
Don't make a mistake buying from these people!

DISASTER! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The dress I received was very close to the photo but totally the wrong size. Front of dress looked and fit correct but couldn't zip it because it was that small in the back. Looked as if they used a size 14 front panels and size 10 in the back. Sent them photos and all and they said, Well we made what you ordered so we won't take it back. Received dress folded inside out and never pressed. Sent photos and complaint and there is no way they will give me any of my $132 back.

I order a dress for my sister for a special occasion. I never received an invoice, which was my first red flag. The dress arrived at my mailboxes, who needed, and still need an invoice in order to ship it to me. I have been asking for an invoice for over a month now, and they keep saying they will contact their finance department and get back to me. The function is fast approaching and I still don't have an invoice. I WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEW BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. Worst Customer Service Ever! I wish there was a -1 for star rating. They don't even deserve a -0
I ordered a dress that I paid $250 for who is this when I got the dress it looked absolutely nothing like the picture it was extremely work quality and they would not take pictures back I tried to return it as soon as I ordered it and they told me I should try selling it they got to be kidding me Even if I tried selling the stress no one would buy it because it was such poor quality it was a joke I'm so angry and furious

I was out of town due to COVID precautions and ordered a dress for my bridal shower-- this dress looked HORRIBLE and when I emailed them to return it (after 12 days)-- they told me I could not return this $106 purchase, as it was past the 7 day return date. 7 days-- ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And they did not take into account any COVID issues. Completely disgusted and dissatisfied with them!
Worst company I have ever dealt with, they sent me the wrong colour dress and are refusing any responsibility and will not refund me despite me showing them photos to prove theire blatant mistake. The good reviews on here are written by them, tgey are fake reviews, check online for tge real reviews of these awfull scammers. Stay away from these and use a uk company that follow uk trading law, thus is an asian company that will not follow the uk trading law and totally rip you off. Horrible company that needs sgutting down, please report to the federal trade commission if ypu have been scammed.
On this picture was kind of big around my busts. So I altered it myself, now its a perfect fit plus I had sewn some of the tulle so my leg can show more I think I had snapped the tread of the material while trying to flip it inside out but I did it and now I love it even more. Thank you LALAMIRA.
I purchased a dress that looked NOTHING like it did online. It was the wrong size, and they would NOT honor a return of a dress that was UNSUSED, NEVER WORN, TAGS ON, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. I contacted them in less than 7 days regarding the problem, and they said in an email "That is your fault. We will not take the return." I totally agree with and support ALL the other reviews I have read. I wish I would have read them prior to my purchse. I'm now submitting my complaint to the Attorney General. Just an awful experience. Then owner even wrote back saying "Then give it away if you don't want it. Or give it to a friend." How tacky.

I wore my dress yesterday to my Daughter's Wedding yesterday and everyone loved it. It could have had a different zipper and the lace wouldn't caught so easily, nonetheless, it was pretty.
