Bought a flower girl dress from lalamira. It exceeded my expectations in quality and design. Quick delivery and great customer service!

Please please please save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The pictures are inaccurate of the product you will receive and the return policy is a joke. My dress arrived with stains all over. I tried to return it because based on their return policy damaged and defective items can be returned. They told me that I should try to wash the dress myself and that they wouldn't take it back because they wouldn't be able to sell it to another customer. We went back and forth. They are rude and do not care about their customers. SAVE YOURSELF!

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service- do not deliver by the date promised ( do not rely on them for any important events as i stupidly have done) I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses when it was getting close to the delivery date- i followed up with the company they had no recollection of my order at all ( nor did they bother to try and find it) I became stressed and i received no reply. The dresses were received 4 days past the delivery date. ( I had already purchased new ones in a panic and no longer required these ones) That also look nothing like the images online. Shame on me for running behind and ordering late but i paid for express postage so they would arrive on time. When i contacted the company NO apologise. This was their response Hi,

We have to stick to our policy. You case has passed 7-days-limit return policy, the return is definitely not possible now. So, you can keep your dress or resell it by yourself.

I have gone back and forth and had nothing but terrible customer service by staff and paid a lot of money for nothing. I work in the Events industry and will 100% recommending my clients to be using another company.

I ORDERED THE DRESS ON 9/24 AND FUNDS WERE IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT, YET I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING WAITING ON PAYMENT, THIS IS ANOTHER CHINESE COMPANY THAT IS A SCAM AND THEIR INTENTIONS ARE TO DECIEVE PEOPLE AND TAKE THEIR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT. CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE, THEY HAVE A 1.43! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER, APPARENTLY ACCORDING TO WHAT I HAVE ALSO READ, THEY ARE SELLING ILLEGALLY, GO FIGURE! PISSED DOES NOT EVEN COVER WHAT I AM RIGHT NOW!

I was very excited when I did my online purchase until I received my shipments only to realize they look nothing as advertised, i can do a comparison photo of my order to what is advertised, looks premium online but when received looks like someone sewed this for their kid you can tell that it looks cheap the quality is terrible, for the price I paid canadian to what was received anyone would agree I was robbed! Further more when I attempted to return the order they refused to refund my shipment that's never worn even though I contacted them immediately. I spent a lot of money ($400.00) on 2 dresses that look like $10.00 DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! And it will be too late if you do only to realize you were deceived! The photo shows the top looks beaded with rhinestones but it's made of ugly sequence and is not silver at the photo portrays its plastic!

THEY ARE PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST SITES I HAVE EVER PURCHASED FROM. 1 - THE DRESS WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE ONE I PICKED. THE DRESS WAS SO TACKY AND GLOSSY BUT IN THE PHOTO LOOKS MATTE. I HAVE TRIED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT IT AND THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE:

Take the dress to a local tailor to have it fixed."

THE PROBLEM IS CAUSED BY YOURSELF? WHO SPEAKS TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT? I AM SHOCKED AND IRRATE BY THIS.

So normally I'm hesitant to buy things from online especially when it comes to bathing suits because I'm a bit bigger on my bottom than my top but I had always heard good things about Zaful so I said why not give it a try and I also read if I wasn't happy with my order they would be happy to fix whatever the issue was or I could just return for a refund which I loved to hear! So I gave it a shot because it was super affordable and I absolutely love my bathing suit it fit so perfect and looked just like the pictures I will definitely be shopping here more often!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a scam. The products you order are not the the same you see advertised on the website. I ordered wedding shoes and when I got them the entire sole was detached where the glue had separated the sole was left hanging. The company was extremely rude and pretty much told me that it's not possible to give me a refund, well I filed a claim with my credit card and now this company is saying they can refund it. But only because they had gotten notified by my credit card company. I am wait for them to send me a return slip. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Avoid this site like the plague!

I made the mistake of believing the positive reviews I read. Now that I've been ripped off I don't think any good reviews are legitimate. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I asked if changes to the design could be made and was told due to an agreement with the original makers they couldn't. That means the dress should look like the picture. Sounds like they have the pattern. The dress that arrived was red lace and that was the extent of the similarities. The neckline and back were supposed to be a deep plunging v. What arrived didn't look anything like the picture. The neckline and back were completely different, there was a heavy tan lining that didn't allow the dress to drape properly. When I complained about the discrepancy I was told
"When you order online common sense tells you it will look different ". I order almost everything exclusively online and no, common sense doesn't tell me that. Especially when I'm told no changes can be made to the design. Please don't give these people your money. They told me it's not their fault and to sell it to someone else. That a refund is not possible.

Loved my dress. It Was sooooo comfortable and even though it was a bit loose (did custom measurements and I'm plus size) it still looked good on me. Received lots of compliments.
