I bought what I thought would be a perfect Mother of the Bride dress. I measured myself and ordered the appropriated dress size. I am a seamstress and I know very well how to measure. When I received the dress it was 5 inches too small. I asked for a refund and to return the dress. I was told it was not fair to them as nothing was wrong with the dress. But it was the wrong size. They said they checked and the correct size was sent. They asked me to send photos, I did as they asked and again they said it was not their fault and to sell the dress to a friend or get it altered. The dress is 5 inches too small. How would I get that altered? They REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! They are a scam site. If you buy, don't think they will back their product, they will not.

Wish i could give zero stars! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID! This whole site is a total scam! The dress i received looks nothing like the picture online! I have never seen anything that looks so cheap! It is AWFUL! I am now having to buy another dress (from a reputable website). The money i spent on this site was a complete waste, as they refuse to give a refund. The dress is literally laughable. Please please please don't make the same mistake i did and waste your money! It is so bad! I will be making sure i voice this everywhere that i possibly can! I really don't want anyone else to waste their money like i did!

I absolutely loved this dress when it came in! It looked just like the picture and it fit me perfectly! I definitely recommend using custom sizing when ordering anything on this website as everything will fit better. I ordered this on March 10th and it arrived on March 24th if anyone wants to know!

I bought a dress from this site and waited a long time before buying it. Well u should have read the reviews. When I got the dress it was amazing on the outside and then when you looked at the rest of the dress it was not down in some parts, red string holding up the fake stones and uneven. I will never reccomend this place and I will blast them everywhere to ensure they do not sell to other people. I told them they have 24 hours to respond to my out of the box defective item. If they deny my return they will have a fight of a lifetime. I told them they do not want to mess with this future lawyer.

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom. They advised I would receive the dress on April 30th. I never received an email advising it had shipped. I emailed them multiple times and did not receive a straightforward answer when the dress would arrive or when it would be shipped. We ended up ordering another dress as we were not sure we were going to receive this dress in time. I finally received the dress almost two weeks after it was suppose to arrive. It didn't look like the picture and did not fit, so I asked to return it. They informed me since nothing was wrong with the dress, they were not going to let us return it. No apologies for it being two weeks late or the fact it did not look like the dress we ordered. This company is horrible, unprofessional and does not take accountability for their errors. Do not order from this company!

I purchased 2 dresses for my daughters First communion. They sent Completely different dresses than the ones selected and now are dening to send be RETURN LABEL AND MY MONEY BACK. AFTER REVIEWING THEIR RETURN.POLICY, I AM IN MY RIGHT TO REQUEST A RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS IF NOT 100% SATISFIED. WHICH THEY ARE NOW REJECTING. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A DECEIVING COMPANY. As seen in the photos I ordered a white dress and they send the color pink. The 2nd dress was super short in front and long in back and completely different style as purchased.

My daughters grad dress from LaLa Mira did not disappoint! I was concerned with the customizing and delivery time as I had procrastinated with the ordering; the dress arrived in Ontario, Canada in 2 1/2 weeks - an entire month before I'd hoped to have it. The dress itself is extremely well made, with very accurate customizing (I only need to slightly tighten up the straps). I love it - my daughter absolutely loves it and I would highly recommend ordering from them - I certainly will do so again. Extra duty charges were a reasonable $57.00 and I signed off on delivery signatures to further expedite delivery (an easy process, online). I will be in a wedding soon and ordered a dress online. I was not worried about not being able to return it because any reputable company with quality products would let you return or even exchange it not please. That is not the case with this company! When I received it I was not happy with it. I emailed the very next day ready to return or even exchange but I received an email response a few days later saying they can not help me because it is passed the 7 day return policy. Like wth? This company is set up to only take your money and does not care about anything else. I am not sure how they are still in business! Not happy with this at all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two evening gowns for a wedding I will be attending. I received the dresses on timely manner however they looked nothing like the picture based upon which I picked the styles. When I attempted to get in touch with the company to return my items, they responded back saying that they cannot return the items because even though the pictures may be different online, there was no defect in the dress and refused to refund my money. They even made suggestions to me to week the dresses to friends because it's not worth it for them to accept a return. It is a rip off and it's not worth the hassel certainly unprofessional.

This store gives false advertisement. The dresses they show which is of high quality isn't what you're going to get. The dress I had ordered for my daughter was ugly and no way near from what was shown on their website. This store is just a big scam and a rip off. We ordered the dress based on their size chart which was so inaccurate and the dress came too big and we were told we can't return it, because it wasn't defective and it was sent correctly as to what we ordered. Their customer service is horrible. They have no clue on the concept of 30 day money back guarantee. My entire experience is a nightmare. DON'T EVER EVER SHOP IN THIS STORE!

Don't order from this company. I orders a custom dress and it was completely disproportioned. Tried getting my money back through Lalamira and it was a bunch of bull$#*!. Pictures, emails, and total disregard for what I wanted: a full refund. I contacted the FTC and filed a report. Then contacted my credit card co isn't and filed a dispute. The. Credit card company refunded my$$. They will challenge the bogus Lalamira.
I urge you NOT TI SUPPORT this company. They should t even be on the internet. Microsoft take charge!

They had a nice dress online and the photos looked amazing. When I got it in the mail, the quality clearly wasn't there and it looked horrible on me. I tried to return it and they had outrageous demands, they wanted to see how it looked on me from all angles. It made me look fat, but I complied with the ridiculous request anyways. They said it looked fine and would not accept a return. The dress was tried on once and in perfect condition. Do not use this merchant and do not have anything to do with them. They are scammers with garbage quality products.

Im apart of a bridesmaid party and we all ordered dresses. I ordered 2 sizes up just to be sure and once I received my order the dress did not fit. So I emailed them stating that my dress did not fit and I would like a refund. Mind you that same moment I ordered a custom size of the same dress that same day just so I could get it on time. After receiving my message they told me that I needed to send proof pics in order to receive refund. I found that strange being that I never had to show proof to any website if any article of clothing didn't fit. But since I needed my refund I sent it anyways. They then wrote me back stating that I wasn't eligible for a refund because there's no defect!? What a way to do business. I already patronized them again by reordering the same dress but customized knowing that I'll get my first order refund returned. I'm baffled about how this company operates and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this site. Sorry not sorry.

Do NOT buy anything from them! They said my item would arrive October 1st I kept emailing for a tracking number and they only created a DHL shipping label! I emailed them and asked where was my package and lalamira said it was shipped on the 29th. Bull! I called DHL said no package was received that all they did was create a shipping label with my name! I've emailed them sooo many times they ignore my question and now I'm stuck with no dress! They said they're based in UK but they're in China! Do NOT trust them it's a scam you'll just be all stressed out in the end just like me! I have emailed them bc on lalamira they said it was shipped and some random person said "it shipped" and that's all!
