I purchased a dress and during the so called 7-10 day delivery I fell and was put on steroids. I gained weight and the dress would not fit. I contacted them to return the dress within ten days. I found that their return policy was seven days. Seven days to return after they took twenty days to get it to me! They hold strong in their policy yet they do not hold themselves to the same standards. The customer service rep was rude. I had been polite however she was not, she told me to sell it myself.
The worse return service ever. They basically don't take anything back and take forever to get back to you. I tried 4 times to initiate a return to be told they can't take it back because it was the size I ordered. I will never buy anything from them again.
Do Not buy these dresses Do Not be fooled like I was by the Pictures. There response was to be sensible and Not accept that the dress is Not the same as the picture. Nothing you say will they they give you return information. Use a Credit Card Inly do you can disputes the poor dreadful quality of dresses you get.
This dress is perfect for a flower girl, very poofy and princess-like. The lace details are beautiful and the rhinestone details are the perfect sparkle. The back of the dress is also pretty, my flower girl is a little older but she felt like a princess trying on the dress
I ordered a wedding dress from Lala mira. After seeing some real reviews to I realized that I would not be happy with the dress. I canceled my order for the dress the same day I made the purchase. Within 24 hours I received a confirmation that the order was canceled. A couple weeks later I received a dress in the mail. I explained to the company that there was a mistake and sent them their confirmation of the order being canceled. I asked them for the return a dress to send the dress back for a full refund since it was sent by their error. I Offered to pay my own money to send the dress back. The box is still unopened. They responded by saying it was not their fault and they will not accept the dress back for a return. They are a scam. BEWARE!
First off, I really love how fast the shipping was. We ordered it March 27th and it got here April 10th. I got the color "shown as picture" and it looks just like the picture! I am 5'7 and 145 lbs and I got a size 8. It's kinda long which is to be expected and it also did not have a weird smell as I've seen in other reviews.
We received the this dress on time as expected. The measurements were exact! We added a few Swarovski crystals to make the dress pop a little! And she was ready for the prom! I would definitely recommend lalamira.com!
Vermillion color is a bit brighter than the picture. I think it is more beautiful this way! Because of the reviews I bought a bigger size (size 6 instead of size 4) and fitted as a glove. I recommend to measure yourself and if you are between two sizes, go for the bigger one. For the price it is an amazing dress!
Bought 2 at the same size including a wedding dress. Wedding dress does not fit, the hemming is lapsided. The fabric is bunched at the back in the bootie area and there is a slight rip in the mesh. I contacted the company about a return and They told me they cannot take it back I need to take it to a local Taylor to have it fixed or give it to a family member because it was inspected before it was shipped and it was made according to the right measurements. They are horrible! They wasted no time charging your account, but is refusing to take the faulty dress back.
My dress was perfect. I ordered this dress for a party I attended. The dress is a perfect fit and I received so many compliments on the dress. There is no way I could have had a nice dress at this price in US!
Love the dress and its made well. The only problem I have its that it's not for petite girls. And I didn't know that I was petite until I bought this dress. My opinion is that it's more for curvy and girls that have at least a C cup. I measured a 4 but ordered a 2 and it's a little big where I'm suppose to be a little more curvy
Looks just like in picture. How noble this It was just as great as showed in the picture. I felt very satisfied with it and I think shopping in this shop is very happy. The price of it is a little high but it is still worth to buy.
Buyer beware. They do not honor their return policy. This is the most rude response I have ever gotten from customer service:
"All of our dresses are inspected carefully before shipped out so that there is no problem with it. The problem is caused by yourself. Our tailors are experienced and will never make such a mistake. Then, we do not accept return in this condition."
So unless you want to spend a bundle having it altered or unless you want to wear a style whether it looks good on you or not, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
This dress fits perfectly. It hugs the hips and is long enough. The colors are vibrant and I like the fact you can ware the dress on and off the shoulders. I would definitely recommend this dress for the Summer.
Dress did not fit right despite being custom made. The bra was sagging and straps fell off, the waist strap sat below my bust instead of my waist, and was too large since I gave them a waist measurement. Customer service advised me that I made a mistake and did not order the right size... I paid extra to have it custom made. Will never order from them again and am canceling the orders for the other dresses.
Do not buy from this company they don't return nothing it's cheap made and looks nothing like the picture I wouldn't even wear his for a Halloween costume it's that bad! And the shipping company they use is even worse thank goodness I have video surveillance at my home they swore they came to my door and knocked I pulled sent it in to show they never did they came two days later and lied and said they went to the next town over to the same address when I googled what they said that address doesn't exist in that town. Thanks to lalamira for making me waste 200 and having to go buy another wedding dress at the last minute.

If I could give a 0, I would. Purchased a dress for my daughter for homecoming. The dress we got was atrocious. The dress looked nothing like the kne pictured. We measured prior to purchase to be sure we got the appropriate size. Dress wasn't even close to fitting appropriately. Tried to return the dress. If I had looked prior to purchase I would have known that their return policy is a joke. You can't return for any reason other than flaws and I highly doubt they would allow that either based on my interactions with them. Basically, you purchase from them, there's a high likelihood you're wasting your money.
