Experience is not customer friendly, but finally was able to complete order

I was worried about being scammed but it proved I worried for nothing. The ring I received was so much more beautiful than in the picture and the packaging that came with it I was in awe in how much care they took with every step. Will definitely buy again.

The ring is beautiful and it fits great, but the color of the stone is not like it looks on the picture. I love my ring overall but I really was expecting a different color stone

My experience was a tad frustrating. Payment went though right away but I kept being notified that I needed to make the payment. I had to inquire about my purchase and send them all the information to get the product. It was a gift or I would of just got a refund from my card.

Ring is as nice as described, shipping is slow though but I was not in a hurry, I understand it may be a made-to-order item.

Only issue had was took a while to ship but that because they make it once you order it and it looks amazing and my wife loves it.

I loved the ring shopping experience online. The ring arrived and it was very cute. However, I wish the band was a tad wider and bedazzled a tad more. Pics are pretty accurate but it doesn't detail the small band as much. It looks different in real time vs online. I would still order from company again!

I love the quality and appearance of my ring! I know that everyone is scrambling during this time of production delays but I could have used a few more updates (even auto generated ones) to let me know that everything was on track. I don't mind waiting but I also want to know that things are in progress and not just shelved somewhere. Otherwise, this was a great overall experience!

Delivery time and shipping time is way too long. Could be less waiting time for delivery

My real diamond ring went downn the toilet at work & I'm still hurt about it. I didn't want a white cz ring but very close to something that shines well like a real diamond. So when I saw this white sapphire ring, that looks exactly like a replica of my old one, I'm decided I'm gonna try it. I just wish I didn't have to link my bank card in when I want to use a payment plan that works for me. KLarna would be good for someone on budget like me.
