Got the wrong ring after waiting a month. We emailed right away. We were told we coukd return it so we sent t back and had to pay additional shipping of 30.00 even though it wasn't our fault to begin with just to get a refund of 94 dollarsfor the first ring. Thats where we are right now. We are just now reordering so I can get the ring I originally ordered and still waitung on the return to get there for refund. I guess we are out the additional 30.00 for doing business. Don't like that and it's not right but if corrected will score and update my review accurately.
April -21-2021 paid extra shipping but got tge rung returned. Still haven't seen the money on the first one. Ordered and paid for the new one and it arrived. It is beautiful but lacked the shiny brilliance it showed online but we will figure it out due to what happened in the beginning and the extra costs incurred sending back the first ring (not the one we picked). All in all they have been very helpful and things happen we understand still a bit disappointed after waiting 2 months.

Even though we were sent the wrong ring we are getting taken care if with the utmost care and the product (even though there was confusion) was unbelievable and beauitiful with precise workmanship. We will buy more from this store no doubt pending eveything om the new order us smooth which we have no doubts it will be.

My choice of ring is far more beautiful than the pictures. I'm very happy with the service and the discount I was given due to the mishap of my first order. The representative, Joy, promtely answered all my questions and work diligently to appease me.

The ring is too big and to send it back I'm expected to pay for shipping to China which will cost WAY more expensive than the item is worth.
I ordered 2 rings for our renewal of vows. One ring was missing and when I followed up, that was the only time they informed me that they were out of stock. We had to run to buy a ring at the mall because we were going out of the country the day after. Poor communication.
The service was great, as well as the communication, however the ring I ordered did not look like the picture on the website so I am returning it. :(

Couldn't access 20% off coupon because they didn't provide a space to put the code and shipping is $18. So scam? Yeah probably. The ring is what I wanted, but it's not sterling silver, so yeah- rip off
