The worse purchase I have made. It's so ugly.

Late on delivery I'm so disappointed

I get lots of compliments on my ring. Looks real and it compliments my style.

Had a small shipping error but it was fix very quickly

It is a really beautiful ring with lots sparkle and shine.

It took awhile to get and I paid for engraving I never got. I love the ring and ordered again but wasn't completely satisfied with first purchase

Good quality jewellery at a great price. I love the 5 piece set. I was looking at stackable rings at a jewellery store and they were hundreds of dollars each and not nearly as nice. I would recommend. Delivery took a while, but considering they paid shipping I really can't complain.

When i made my purchase, i paid $25 for three day shipping. It took more than 3 weeks to receive my order! I emailed the company about the problem as i needed the ring i ordered fort that weekend. They did not respond until three days later sending me a list of 12 days processing time and another 12 days to receive the order. I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping and have not to this day received one! Worst customer service I've ever seen. Literally. I will never be using this company again for anything. Please do not give this company patronage for your own well being.

Absolutely love this ring! Soooo sparkly and reflective. The main sapphire is white but has a slight blueness that just adds to the beauty.

I am so disappointed. I ordered a beautiful garnet sapphire and received a ugly brilliant pink stone. I wanted this ring so badly and now I am having to pay to return it to China. See attached pictures.
