The website is easy enough to get around and I just absolutely LOVE your rings! The only issue I have is that Lajerrio is very lacking in updating customers on the status of their orders. I had to reach out to get the tracking number for the previous order. They had shipped it out but they never notified me. So that's the only thing that needs a bit of work. Their products are lovely over all and I will be (already placed another order) shopping here again.

The ring I purchased not as advertised. Price tags or packaging must stay pristine. They are very strict with returns. Clearly stated in "return instructions".

The ring is so vibrant and just gorgeous. The gift box made the purchase so much more attractive. We sent an email and recieved not just 1 follow up, but 2 within 48 hrs, can't beat that. Overall experience A+++. Looking to buy from again. Thank you!

My boyfriend got me a promise ring and I lost it. So I re-ordered it. Before I received the order though, I found the original ring my boyfriend gave me. Therefore, I would like to return the ring that I ordered.
It's wad missed leading that it would be shipped early and you pay more for quick processing and delivery then you will wait even longer for product. I wasn't happy because product was overwhelming too mmm
In the picture, the rings appeared 'glamorous', but once received, they were not as expected. They do look nice, but they appear 'cheap' (not worth the $100+ that I paid for)

Even prettier than the picture on the web site. I got one for me and one for my sister. One day we hope to see the aurora in person but until then we'll have these beautiful pendents.
Ordered a pink garnet and they sent a ugly ring with a brown stone with absolutely no sparkle. The company is run out of China and it cost me $28 to ship it back to China for the product I paid $99 for. The ring looked like it cost $5.99 at the Dollar General.
