Dissatisfied with color if stones... very unnatural looking but kept the items at a great expense due to nearly impossible return policy. It should be a simple process. Will never purchase again. You lost a great customer as I buy tremendous amounts of jewelry.

Great selection and overall price! I would give this review 5 stars however it took longer than expected to receive my order. I ordered this set for a vacation and it did not arrive in time. I paid for expedited shipping too.
For the price and fit, this is a great alternative to my original diamond wedding set. It is beautiful and looks expensive.

I paid for expedited shipping and it was to come between 5-7 business days. It came in 3 weeks! Ridiculous!

On 6/21/2022 my husband ordered a ring for me, after I read the reviews from this site. He typed in the payment information and it stated failed payment so a second attempt was made and again it said failed payment. We know the money was there because he had just gotten his tax return that day. So the next day he tells me that Lajerrio debited his card via PayPal for payment to Lajerrio. I then see an email from Lajerrio stating my order was closed for failed payment. They offered me an additional 20% discount and I needed to reorder my ring and pay through PayPal and once I have done this I needed to call them to finish processing my order. I checked my account dashboard and it in fact stated order closed. I opened customer chat and it stated chat was not available so I sent an email. In the email I stated that 2 attempts were made to submit payment and both said failed payment. I also attached a screenshot of the debited funds by PayPal to Lajerrio, a screenshot of my account dashboard showing order closed and the email they sent. I didn't get a response so I sent a second request email stating I wanted a refund and the attachments as I did in the first email. After 2 days I received a response from "Joy" that she checkedy account and didn't find an order because it was closed and for me to check it again. I then went to their Facebook page and tried to chat with them there only to be told they would get back with me soon. That was 3 days ago. I've since sent yet another email and still haven't heard anymore from them. The amount debited on our card was $99.96.
This is so very sad. I was very excited about getting my ring and now I have no ring and I'm out the money we paid to buy this ring and I don't have the money to buy one elsewhere.

Buyer beware

I ordered a custom ring with my kids birthstones. They messed up on the birthstone color. They gave me yellow instead of peridot for august. Then I had to pay almost $30 for shipping to return it to China in order to get my money back. Will not buy from again.

Absolutely love my wedding ring! The only issue I have is the the sizing is off. I ordered a half size bigger than what I wear, but it is a half size too small.

Very l I love the ring that one for my husband but there was such a mix-up so we had to buy a new wedding bands but overall it's beautiful

Bought 3 rings and this will be my 4th I haven't been disappointed yet
