Shopping was easy, and so was all communication about shipping. I love this ring!

The processing and shipping emails I received were a bit confusing. It was difficult to search for my tracking. The company answered all emails and were very nice. Took awhile to get the item. Beautiful ring and box. Just that my fiancé did not care for the style. The email I received on my request to return it, did not sound very nice. I am currently trying to return it.

Searching the website was effortless, especially having the search engine.
Additionally, I needed some help with confirming my size. The chat window was not available, but I was able to send an email. I did receive a response about 20 hours later. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist me with my question specifically. I emailed them back and still waiting for a response. I measured my finger to get ring size, but I saw a discrepancy and needed confirmation with which ring size I should get, as my usual ring size and Lejerrio ring size guide did not match up. I received a more default answer then an answer specific to my question.

Lajerrio is an amazing great quality product. I haven't had no problem with it. It takes a couple of weeks but is worth weating for it love it. Keep it up Lajerrio on your beautiful ring's and quality.

Delivery was over a week slower than anticipated. The only delivery time I saw on the website was "7-12 business days," which is why I ordered when I did.

It is stated elsewhere about possible extended production/delivery times but it isn't clearly seen on the website. I had to postpone my original proposal date due to the slow delivery time.

I emailed Lajerrio with my concerns. A representative got back with me promptly and apologized. I am not angry, things happen in life, but I do think it should be more clear on the estimated production/delivery times.

Because the stone is so large, it looks very cheap up close. The video is misleading (must have a lot of lights shining on the ring), but the price of the product is very reasonable.

Overall, no complaints and my fiancé LOVES it! I just wish it looked higher quality. In photos & videos it looks very nice too.

The shoes I ordered looked good but while they fit in the toe area, the back strap does not attach. I am quite disappointed mainly because they looked like they were what I had been looking for.
