The ring was as expected. It did take a month but it was coming from overseas so that's understandable. The ring was nice for the cost. I did request a return because the ring was too big and they wouldn't allow it because the paper/plastic tag was removed. So beware if you think may need to return it, they don't allow much wiggle room in their policy. However I would order from them again. They offer products that don't aggravate my nickel allergy.
Excellent value and fast delivery. The ring I ordered was even more beautiful than it looked online. It was a pleasure using Lajerro and I would highly recommend their utems and service to anyone
I placed my order on October 5,2023, and it is now November 2,2023, and I still have not received nor gotten an update on my order. I also paid for expedited shipping, and they refused to give me a refund on that at least.
Beautiful ring, however, does not imitate the photo very well
The quality of the jewelry is better than what is expected.
My first order I placed after about 3 weeks I was emailed that the ring was out of stock. My second order I paid for faster shipping, and it still took 19 days to get! I do have to say the ring was beautiful.
