It took a while to receive the rings but they were worth it
Took too long to received them, the delivered time was much more longer than what it said
I love blue and it's a great experience so far great experience will order again wit a northern selection the holidays are around the corner
Ring has a nice sparkle but the band part of the ring is too thick, and the main ring too thin.

Placed an order for an opal nearly a month in advance of a birthday. Nearly two weeks later I received an email saying a problem with shipping address. Paid extra to have it re-sent to same address. Ten days later, I had to reach out again. Several emails later and a belated birthday gift, it arrived and it is beautiful.
I cannot thank you all enough! My order was very perfect and it worked out very well! My wife loved it and it was very prompt on the shipping and fast! I will definitely be ordering more from you all in the near future and recommending you to other friends and family!
The site is great and I am happy with the product I received. A word of advice. The full time for the order to be processed and shipped should be more readily available, rather than it being shown in one FAQ article accessed through the chatbot menu. Other than that, I was satisfied with my products and services.

The piece itself was beautiful. Worth every penny. Customer support did their best but the wait time from order to completion of product was terrible. I understand Covid played a part but it still took almost two months. Would still recommend with encouragement to be patient because I'm sure the quality of the piece will be worth it.
The process was long and I was unable to track my order for awhile but once I got my rings it was well worth the wait they are beautiful and so sparkly
It's beautiful only complaint is wish it came in a silver option as I don't wear gold to much but otherwise it's perfect

Great, but I didn't get any instructions on how to keep my ring clean or how to wear it, like in the shower, doing dishes, or washing my hands.
The shipping was relayed a few days because it went to a pick up location but the tracking did not say where to pick it up. The item arrived a few days later but i was sort of in the dark for that period of time.
