Received both Sapphire rings so fast! They are truly beautiful and have already received many compliments.

The ordering and confirmation was well with in expectations. We ordered the ring as a birthday gift for June 11th and the order and original receiving date. We never received a confirmation that it shipped or a new delivery date was to be expected. Only wish there had been more communication once the order confirmation was sent.

So far so good... I hope it's half as pretty in person as in the video on line. Holy damn... it's huge! Like not really big, it's huge! Beautiful don't misunderstand, but wow. I wish I had sized it for my middle finger rather than my ring finger. It would be more proportionate. But all that being said it is super beautiful and sparkly.

The ring took approximately 4 weeks t arrive, but it is very beautiful and nice quality.

This set that I ordered was absolutely gorgeous. I bought this product previously and broke the side of it and needed to replace it.

The pendant is bigger than it looks on the website, but it is even more beautiful in person! While it says it's for feminine-presenting people, it looks great on all genders. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of package tracking and less communication regarding status and shipping in general. With that said, I'm still very happy with the product I received!

Easy to order. I wanted to try a costume jewelry place that had nicer things than what I'm getting out of China. This place delivered! The pieces are lovely and look great.

Love the ring but it took a long time to receive when website stated 18 in stock. Packaging is luxurious and displays the jewelry well. Lower drawer in box gives product detail (sterling silver) but did not confirm type of stone which was suppose to be white sapphire.

I ordered a fabulous ring, that turned out to be too big and uncomfortable for me. Since then, I've reached out to return it for a full refund and have yet to receive a response.

Ring was nothing like i thought it would look. Showed up late I had to call the post office to see where it was and it shpwed up two days later. Very unsatisfied the ring is just ugly. Thats what I get for ordering online i guess.

I love the ring that I purchased! It's exquisite and I have received so many compliments. I was very frustrated with the processing time for the ring. I calculated the MAX guaranteed processing time (with a 3 day buffer) and purchased the expidited 3-day shipping in hopes that I would receive the ring prior to the event I was purchasing this for. Unfortunately even with the maximum guaranteed 18 day processing on their website my ring was not shipped until nearly 30 days after purchasing. After many emails back and fourth Lajerrio did offer me $10 dollars back for the extra shipping cost that was no longer helpful to me. I think that Lajerrio should not put "guaranteed" next to their processing time and make sure people understand processing usually takes much longer than what they can guarantee. Overall, I love my ring and it so far feels like fantastic quality especially for the price.

Smooth transaction, fast delivery, and beautiful ring

My item doesn't fit and it is taking a long time to get a response so that I can return it. There should a packaging slip placed inside your order in case you can not wear or dislike the item in person. My item was not custom made.

The ring I bought is beautiful and seems to be high quality but it is bigger than I expected - however still stunning
