Ordered a size 9 ring and got a size 10 ring. Not eligible for exchange or refund even though the mistake was Lajerrio's, NOT mine.
Contacted customer service multiple times
Still haven't received product their response time is ok but they've yet to ship the product or issue a refund
I've tried waiting it out but it's been nearly a month and they've yet to even ship it or update the status anything

I ordered over a month ago I checked with shipping and I checked with neighbors the ring is not arrived and you not addressing that situation I feel like I got ripped off I really feel like I've been ripped off if I don't hear that a reshipment of my ring is on its way then I'm going to have to call the bank and refuse to pay payment on that I don't want to do that because I really want the ring so please address this matter as soon as possible
I finally received the necklace I ordered for my husband's birthday and was shocked to see it looked nothing line the photo on their website. I received a picture behind a piece of glass. I looked so cheap an nothing like what was advertised. Will not order from them again

I ordered a ring and when I received it, the diamond part was so big, the ring look like it came from a bubble gum machine. I emailed the company and told them, I'm mot wearing that. They suggested me to send the item to China which I refused because it will cost more to ship then the item. I complained to paypal and to the BBB. Long story short, they're refunding 90% of my money. Next time, I'll ask are they located in the US.
It took a little longer than I expected due to the wait time they gave but the ring set I ordered was absolutely beautiful
They use fake photos to sell their stuff. Extremely lame pieces compared to what they advertise.
I hate the sizing on this ring it's too big wrong size I needed a size 5.5...
I have made several purchases from Lajerrio, and I have been satisfied with every item I have received. I will continue to purchase from this company when I feel like treating myself to something sparkling and new.
Sorry but the ring looks nothing like the picture - I wanted to like it, but it just looks cheap and not at all like what you would imagine a good cz should look like. I am too embarrassed to wear it.
I went on the website to order an anniversary present for my wife. I needed it in 5 days thinking with the expedited shipping, I would receive it on time. Unfortunately the website is very misleading. It makes it sound like you can get the product quickly but you don't. It's now been 26 days and I still have not received my "expedited shipping (3 days)" order for which I paid almost as much for delivery as I did for the necklace. I took screen shots of the promised date, the delivery time and now the website has been changed that and are different from what they promised.
I will admit there is a tiny link that lets you know when you should receive the product but they don't make it obvious as you go to the checkout. I don't understand why they don't just mention it while you're checking out. Very deceptive.
Their customer service is not good at all. Can't call and talk to anyone and emails are not clear when responding. A lot of runaround. Their email said 9-12 days to receive the product. Again 26 days later- nothing.
Good response to questions and confidence inspiring. Will order from this company again for sure. I sure do love the ring. Rings are my favorite. Definitely not disappointed.
Wife loved the product but the delivery says 6-8 business days w/$18 shipping fee for US. I didn't get it until after a month.
