Gorgeous ring but the only complaint is i paid extra for shipping 3-5 days to receive my ring on time but still had to wait a whole month for it so i got ripped off for the lies on shipping. NO Good
I received an email a week ago stating that my order had been delivered. Within the email there was a place to respond if I had not received my order, I clicked on the email and sent 2 emails with no response. I then sent a 3rd email asking to be refunded as I have not received my order still. I received a response stating that I should wait ANOTHER 10-20 days, or something like that. I placed my order at the end of August and it's already after the initial estimated delivery.
I think that the jewelry is as expected and advertised. I think paying extra for expedited delivery when I was not aware that the shipment was originating from China in the first place was misleading. Additionally, sending shipping updates in Chinese to an address in the USA does not make a lot of business sense.
I asked for the order to be cancelled. I needed it for an function for last month. I have ordered from you before and it has never taken this long. Lisa all the tracking info is in Chinese.

I've ordered a few pieces of jewelry from this site and they are always much more beautiful in person than the pictures. You do have to wait a little while for shipping but it's worth the wait.
I was a little scared about how the design would be but the ring is amazingly beautiful. I can't stop looking at the details and design. It is truly a gorgeous piece!
The products are great but take forever to deliver
I ordered & paid for an Garnet ring but received an pink ring, unlike the one I wanted. I'm trying to get the one I wanted in the first place. Customer service has been good so far though!
Item I received is more like a canary yellow stone. Item is not a Peridot whatsoever. I emailed customer service and they keep hmmming and hawing.

Presentation is GORGEOUS. The quality is beautiful, but I had not realized how high the setting is! I'll need to watch closely so it doesn't snag on clothes. The ring sizing is accurate, and it is a big--some might say gaudy--statement piece. Not my favorite style, tbh, but my fault for underestimating its size. Ring was present for wife and she left this review.
