Packages take too long to ship. Need to ship quicker.
The shopping is great, but it take way too long to ship an item out unless you pay $18.00 or $25.00. Your shipping should always be done with DHL not USPS.

I would give them 0 stars, if it would let me. I ordered my rings on October 17th, 2022. Here we are, January 6th, 2023 and still no rings. They said 1st shipment was lost. They said they sent again. Tracking # they gave me claimed it made it to LAX and was stuck in transit, but info never updated. They will NOT refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This is by far the worse experience ordering on line I have ever had. I ordered a ring a month ago. I still have not received it. They answer your email (because you cant call them) with the same answer to try to get more time. The pics are pretty but its not worth the hassle.

Limited communication from Lajerrio. They informed me of status changes to my order but never with any details such as expected date of shipment or date of delivery. They did not respond to my requests for more information. I honestly didn't know if I was going to receive the merchandise or if I was going to lose my money. It took a month from day of order to day of delivery for two small items of jewelry. The most disappointing thing is product quality. The items I received hardly resemble the pictures in the advertisement. Because of that, these items will not suffice as the gifts they were intended to be.
I still have not received my order. I have been waiting for a long time and still have not received my ring. Where is it? Please let me know something.
Overall, the rings are great looking online and in person. The only drawback I see is that the ring doesn't sparkle enough and stay sparkly very long especially for the price. The size of the ring did not disappoint. For the price, I would order from Lajerrio again.
Place item on 10/03 and paid for 2 - 3 day shipping. Product was NEVER DELIVERED in the time I paid for. Contacted customer service and received the same email blaming Covid19 and a shortage work staff but nothing was said on their website that it would take longer to get your item. Item arrived after placing order 4 weeks later. Said they refunding my shipping in 7 to 10 business days and so far after 7 business days have not received refund on shipping
The necklace I purchased looked much better online than in person.
The only thing is it took so long to get it and I think if ur company can update thru email every 3 to 1 month letting the customers know that u are working on order. I had to send email regarding this order
