Crooks pure and simple. Bought from them in March and still haven't received furniture. Customer support is the absolute worst. Rude, don't speak english, lie constantly about delivery. Don't be tricked by any positive reviews as it is from their employees, friends or webmaster. They own a bunch of websites to try and knock out any bad reviews. Don't be fooled out of your money.

Mmmm Have no problems with that company! Yep they was deliver my furniture little bet late, Amazon sometimes do same thing guys! The AMAZON lol... Everythin is ok! Yesterday i place other order for 3.560...)

I order from them a bedroom and a living room cost 21.000 $ on May 2013 and up til now Jan 2014 i received nothing they are saying next week we will ship next week... what can i do i want my money back

I bought things over internet for many years and have no problem. Until I purchase some furniture for Christmas from Laflat, and I still haven't received then now in January. When I order them, I check the guy name Milan. He told they have no problem to deliver by Christmas. Stay away from them.

They basically stole my money. They charged me in August 2011 for near 2000$ and I never received the items or my refund. They change their phone numbers often. BBB does not recognized them and they have 40 or so unsolved cases. I am currently seeking legal advice in the matter.

Just receive my new sectional! I don't believe to bad reviews about that company anymore! Why? Cuz i got good experience with them! Was place my order 7 days ago, i was bought sectional in white(i don't remember the model name). Thanks a LOT to Delivery guy Ruzlen! No damages in my house, everything is OK! I was prepared to scratches, but... he is the king of Movers! Lol Thanks again!

Sharelle Furnishings is a wholesaler of Modern furniture in the US. As we have received calls from unahappy Laflat's customers, we decided and informed Laflat to stop selling our products online and in their store. Our products are still on their site.

I ordered furniture from them in august and they never delivered it. Most days they don't even answer their phone. They are nothing but scam artists. Stay far away from these people. Do not buy furniture from them. U will never get it but they will ge tyour money. L

Bought two sectionals. They never delivered them. Had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Do not buy from this company. You will not receive your merchandise and you will have a hard time getting your money back

I am in the Washington, DC area and I found these guys through Google everything looked good on the website. I consider myself to be pretty prudent when it comes to purchasing online. I have ordered online for many years with no problem and these guys seemed legitimate so I called to place my order. I placed my order with Milan. That was in November 2010. To date I have not received my product. I cannot get in touch with anyone. The people I spoke with in the 1st 2 month of the transaction (Alice and Milan) both assured me my order was on the way in the next container. As time wore on it became apparent they were lying and had cheated me! It is unlikely anyone that has "placed an order" with them has actually received their product. They string you along with excuse after excuse and then it comes to a point that you can not get in touch with anyone at all. I am now trying to dispute the changes and get my money back through my bank. Please beware these are not honest people! I just reviewed their "new site" and TRUST ME it is the same folks different website! They claim new management under the Tyger Furniture name, but that is exactly who I placed my order with Tyger. They have my contact information and NO ONE has reached out to make things right at all. I too believe any positive reviews are being posted by their own people. I will continue to advocate their closure until I receive my money back or my merchandise!

I HAVE USED LA FLAT FOR ALL MY FURNITURE NEEDS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM IS TRUE SOME TIMES THINGS ARE A LITTLE LATE BUT IS WORTH WAITING BECAUSE THEY HAVE FURNITURE THAT I HAVE FOUND IN THE WEB FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS MORE. MY FRIENDS HAVE USED THEM AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

This company does not deliver any of the products you order, but instead rips you off of your hard earned money, and refuses to deliver the product you have ordered from them. They make up any excuses necessary to not give you your purchased product, and keep your money. They will only accept debit and credit, which we all know is instantly taken out after your transactions are approved by your card, or bank. There have been many victims to this site, and there still are every day. We need to put a stop to such a site. We need to monitor sites such as this one.

Go To: http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/ and file a complaint, we have to get the company shut down. They Stole $1,800.00 from me. I ordered a bed, a year later now, NO DELIVERY. I have heard everything from Shipping Container got lost, Boat Sank, They didn't send it in the size you wanted, Truck Broke Down, Still loading the plane, 3rd Party Shipping company hasn't gave us a tracking number yet, Its in our warehouse we just haven't found the right container yet, The Manufacturer doesn't make that model anymore there is nothing we can do about it, "NO WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK". It just keeps going on and on, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD.

These people are straight crooks. They took the money out of my account for a couch I never recieved. You can never ever get through to customer service. Only an answering machine. I was only able to contact a sales rep named Alice by email. It was non stop excuses as to why I did not recieve my couch. After 3 months I was able to cancel my order without a %40 fee. Then I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for a refund. Once that time had passed I once again could not get a hold of anyone so I called the sales line not the cutomer service line over and over until I got a response. Alice said they are not going to refund my money and the best way to get my funds is to file a claim againt them with my bank. Which I did. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKED!
