I ordered a dress March 8,2023 communicated effectively with them from the day I placed the order until it was "shipped "they reassured me the dress would arrive by my daughters prom date.here it is prom day still no dress I should have read reviews before purchasing!stay away they are full of lies and probably are scammers I filed a dispute thru pay pal so I'll get my money back either way pay pal gonna make it where they don't deal with them at all!prom is 3/25/2023 I had to buy a whole new dress the dress is expected to arrive 3/27 but I will be swinging it right back and will fight for my refund if there's any issues beyond the PayPal dispute!

The dress is amazing, the customized sizing is perfect, and my expectations have been exceeded 10/10 recommend.

I ordered this dress last minute for prom i was scared it wasn't gonna come in time and was iffy about this brand afraid i was gonna get scammed but the dress came early and it was really pretty. I got so many compliments on it and everyone loved it! Only thing i would recommend is going a size up because i order my size and it was a little tight i barely could dance. I loved the dress though!

The dress came rather quickly, unfortunately, the dress is the wrong color. I ordered purple but I received dark pink fuschia. It is for a special event with the color purple as the theme. Corresponding is through email with waiting hours for responses.

Like most, I was afraid to sink some money into a dress that may not arrive in time, much less, as requested. This company put my fears to bed because the dress arrived within 2 weeks and it looks exactly like what I ordered. I requested a bigger size by way of providing inflated measurements just in case it arrived too small. My reasoning was to be able to get tailored and altered to my little lady's teenage body. She's thrilled which means mama's work is done. Thank you so much Lady PromDress for great quality and superb business practices. You've got a long term customer here

Shirley was my contact and was very nice to work with. Gown was orderd, created and shipped and received in just under 1 month. Only concerns are that the gown arrived today, my daughter just tried it on and was sad to find that the red dress she ordered appeRs to be a deep orange and her arms can barely fit into the non-giving material that was used to create the sleeves. Extremly tight on her arms. I'm hoping Shirley will be able to do something about this in time for my daughter's prom next month! I'll keep you posted.

I loved the dress, looks exactly like the picture but the arms were just a little to big but other than that the dress was perfect.

I wasn't satisfied with the dress I ordered, it wasn't the right color, there were things added to it that wasn't suppose to be, the dress was huge, I had a lot of disappointments using this website!

First time ordering and it was a good experience, not see through and very good material

I bought a black dress and it looks nothing like the dress in the picture, it looks extremely cheap. I have just received it 3/23/23 and I am trying to return it asap.

I wasn't able to receive one of my dresses because the fabric was out of stock. I wish I was notified of that ahead of time. Other than that, great customer service. However, I wish I could've gotten my other dress, but I know it wouldn't arrive in time.

I don't like the dress it's really big and don't look like the picture and she will not let me get a refund not willing to work with me at all. I just wasted a lot of money.
