The dress was not what was pictured. When I received the dress I had to pay someone else to fix it so that my daughter couldn't wear it to prom. What looked like jewels on the white part was white lace.

The dress fits right but it's really big at the top. The shipping didn't take as much long as how long it was being tailored and altered.

The dress I ordered for my niece to wear to her senior prom was absolutely gorgeous! The custom made fitting was perfectly tailored to fit her and the detailing and crystal and pearl trimming accented the emerald velvet fabric just right. I was beyond pleased with the dress I purchased and I will definitely use LadyPromDress for any of my future formal gown needs.

Don't order from them at all. I put my order in and then watched a video on YouTube about them and cancelled my order immediately after. They didn't even wanna really give my refund back.

My dress came in within plenty of time, it was good quality and the staff were very helpful everystep of the way. My only issue with my dress being that the halter straps were quite long but it was a simple fix
