The quality is excellent. The customer service was excellent. The overall process was very quick and efficient. I will order again.
The dress didn't look like the picture though it was still pretty... but they made me pay extra for something that I didn't understand with the sizing & it didn't come fast enough for me to have paid a rush fee.
Please state on your Website that y'all do not ship to PO Boxes. With me traveling over 70% I had to find a person to send the dress to. Then when it was shipped out it showed it was being shipped to the PoBox but ended up elsewhere.

Customer service definitely satisfied, I do want to say is measurements were a bit off I still had to take it to get it right. But my sister loved the dress, great material and she loves the color. She's excited about going to prom.

It was fun looking at all the different dresses. The on thing is not being able to see most of the dresses in the different colors and not being able to see the backs of most of the dresses. The dress my daughter chose was Beautifully done and it fits her perfectly.

The dress was beautiful, had to pay to get it tailored because it didn't fit quite right. However, I put the order in 2 weeks before the prom and they had it to quicker than it was supposed to be which was amazing it gave us time to make necessary adjustments. Thank yall! She had a blast.

I have paid over $300 for my daughters prom dress and never received it. Even paid an extra $30 to have it sent express. They stopped emailing me. She can't go to her senior prom because I used all the money I had.
