I ordered the dress for my daughter's senior prom in hunter Green. She received the dress in Kelly Green. Her prom date has to change is suit color to match her dress.

I paid extra to customize the size of my dress. I added the measurements as requested. When I received my dress the length was 63 inches when I requested 54 inches. The "seller" said they added 5 inches for heels. I told them the dress was not going to be worn with heels and I paid extra for a specific length and it was not for them to decide to add more to it. Not to mention 63 inches is not 5 inches more from 54 inches. Anyway I wanted to send the dress back for a full refund and they wanted to give me $30 to get the dress altered. I declined that offer because alterations on formal dresses are much more than $30. I was not satisfied so I keep requesting a refund. They asked for pictures, I sent pictures. They still offered $30 for alterations and suggested I try to sell the dress. Anyway this company is a joke and I opened up a fraudulent claim against the business and reported them to the FTC. Since I used PayPal for my purchase, PayPal will be reversing the charge so I can get my money back. Beaware. The guarantee refunds if you're not happy with the product. But then it appears there is an automatic pre-recorded response to all your emails.

Me personally. The dress didn't come out like the picture at all. The color was different and everything. Then when I reached out for help about the straps. I didn't get no helpful advice and was sent a video that was totally different from the straps on my dress.

I was a little skeptical at first,but once I received the dress for my daughter it was the correct measurements except one minor adjustment I had to get it taken in a little up top other than that the dress was fine.

My dress came in and it does not look like the picture and it's too small.

I'm had meant to write one a while back but the dress is so beautiful. I was nervous because there wasn't many pictures available and the reviews written didn't have pictures either but the results were more than I expected. I was also anticipating the back design since the website didn't provide detail on that but it is definitely something I love. The person who handled my measurements managed it well and easily. I am happy with dress as it is well made. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much!

The dress was very cutee except it wasn't the emerald green I received it was more so a light green.

We had order the dress twice somehow. I Contacted customer service
And they immediately credited the 2nd charge back
