This company is a fraud! They don't honor their money back guarantee. I returned the item here's the UPS tracking#1Z07AY*******267. They received their item back unused and kept my $143.82. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Took a month to get the return label after requesting it. That was December, 2020, and we still haven't received our refund. They no longer have a phone so you can't talk to someone, only email. Their emails are canned and repetitive. We found their ad on Facebook and gave honest feedback. So honest they deleted our posts and banned us from making any additional posts. However, they did leave the option to share their site! Bottom line, don't get involved or have anything to do with this company unless you have a desire to throw your money away. It would be interesting to see the amount of money they have "scammed" and "stolen" from people who believed in their product and wanted to support their business. Don't let them get you.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
April 20, 2021

Ordered 3 of the filters, bait and switch totally not as advertised. When I called they told me that they would send replacements. 2 months later I called again and they said the owner had covid and everything was on hold. Now you call and there is no phone option only email. So upsetting.

Fraud

I ordered 3 purifiers and they said I could send them back for a full refund and never got the refund and they kept the purifiers. They should be shut down amd be taken to jail for fraud. They have blocked my messages and will not respond back on email. Please someone shut them down for being dishonest to us.

I purchased three air purifiers in January. Within a week on using it, one unit began to make a buzzing, grinding sound. I tried, as they suggested, numerous things to fix. No go. They asked me to send them a video of the defective unit, which I did. They agreed it was faulty- here's the kicker...to get a replacement of their faulty purifier I have to pay a $20 shipping charge. No way! I'm not paying more money for them to replace their faulty unit. Avoid this company as I now see this is a common complaint.

To all, Do not order air purifier units from Lab Charge! I was scammed out of $120.00 by them. After many communications back and forth with them, including pictures for them I finally got a return shipping label. No response they received it so I turned it into the Better Business. I got an answer from them this morning (after a month) that they had no response from Lab Charge so the case was closed and I would have to pursue small claims court. I'm done with these crooks. Time for an attorney, bad lesson Hope no one else gets taken by these crooks. Xoxo

I inadvertently ordered items I did not want from my order of a set of 4 LabCharge Air Purifiers as a Christmas gift. There was no way to remove items from the cart on the last step of payment for the order. I received the order I wanted and another unopened package with 6 purifiers that I did not want. I contacted LabCharge immediately and was sent a return label, which was used to return the package on Dec. 12,2021. I was due a refund of $246.39, which to this date (Mar. 30,2022) has not been credited to my account. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

How would I know?

The air purifier was a gift in which I am so grateful. But when asked if i noticed if the quality of air had improved, my answer was I could not tell a difference in the air and when I went to wipe down the filter there was nothing to wipe off after 4 to five weeks since I have set it up in my house; I was surprised that there wasn't any dust or anything to wipe off.no dust or anything. At all to with Ed could tell a difference... Although, I can't tell a difference in air quality; I certainly don't want to claim there is no improvement. I just don't know how to put it to the test. Maybe I could get feedback if labcharge will read this review.

Do not buy

This company is a joke I returned my order in it's been 2 months since I've received my refund. Sent many emails and got generic responses. You can't call them. I'm out more than $300.00.

I ordered three air purifiers I changed my mind right after I ordered them called to cancel they said it was too late again I cancelled within an hour of buying on line. I put it on my credit card they refunded the charge package arrived at my home and I refused it UPS took it back to Lab Charge and they had moved no one was home holy cow what a strange company always use a credit card so glad I did

This company should be closed down and the owners arrested for fraud, i sent back 3 of them, 2 hadn't even been out of the box, they tried to say that they were heavily damaged and that is a BIG FAT LIE, we used 1 for a week in our bedroom and it sat on a table, we aren't smokers or dirty people, they are nothing but liars and scammers, im disputing it again, i will not pay for them, they got the merchandise and i got nothing

I ordered some ionic air cleaners from this company. After a few days, I asked when they were going to ship. You are lucky to get a response from this company within 72 hrs. I was advised 3-5 business days before shipping. I had to cancel the order because I was going to be out of town and I didn't want my package sitting on the porch all week. After several days of going back and forth with them about cancelling my order, I got an shipping notice from them. I told Sofia, the employee that she had plenty of time to cancel the order and I threatened to complain to BBB. Later I got a call from the manager, stating he had stopped the shipment, and would refund my money two days later... I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND TWO WEEKS LATER! I WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD... Absolutely the worst company for customer service... I am glad I cancelled the order. Imagine the problems if I had an issue with their product!
