I ordered some ionic air cleaners from this company. After a few days, I asked when they were going to ship. You are lucky to get a response from this company within 72 hrs. I was advised 3-5 business days before shipping. I had to cancel the order because I was going to be out of town and I didn't want my package sitting on the porch all week. After several days of going back and forth with them about cancelling my order, I got an shipping notice from them. I told Sofia, the employee that she had plenty of time to cancel the order and I threatened to complain to BBB. Later I got a call from the manager, stating he had stopped the shipment, and would refund my money two days later... I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND TWO WEEKS LATER! I WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD... Absolutely the worst company for customer service... I am glad I cancelled the order. Imagine the problems if I had an issue with their product!

After my nasty review I received email from reservations.com and after about a week, I got a full refund including the $14.99 Will I be using them again>HELL NO! I will make my reservations myself by calling the hotel myself! Good luck to all of you
