Ordered 3 of the filters, bait and switch totally not as advertised. When I called they told me that they would send replacements. 2 months later I called again and they said the owner had covid and everything was on hold. Now you call and there is no phone option only email. So upsetting.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM

Unfortunately spent the money on this and now I am stuck with an inferior product that can not be returned because their "refund policy" is non existent even though its well advertised. Good luck getting ahold of them because they have no phone service.
