Kucoin is total scams.they are thieves.you will loose your money too.i have 5000 euros in my kucoin account in usdt and they dont let me withdraw it,with ridiculous excuses like maintenance,upgrading their software etc.every day the say don't worry withdrawal will be available on the next 24 hours the last 5 days.i send email they don't answer.stay away!

19/09/23 I wanted to withdraw my funds from kucoin, but I saw such message "Withdrawals have been disabled on your account". It was an unpleasant surprise! I've been with Kucoin for years. There was no any notification or alert about this issue.
I've contacted support, they gave me ECDD form (my account is verified long time ag) which I've submitted immediately. After that I was told it will take couple hours to check it, then I was told not hours - days. They say just wait and wait (they try to do some kind of escalation of ticket priority, but obviously it doesnt work). I have no idea how long it will take. Support is just running circles telling me to wait. I need access to my money

I had a problem with Google 2FA, I changed my phone and download the app again but it does not show kucoin. I want to unbind (disconnect) it to bind a new one with the new phone. I have been trying it during a whole week, open customer service everyday, and the do not allow me, unless I prove recording the screen showing all the passwords and everything a trasaccion of 300VLX that a friend sent me. As a friend did it I can not do that (if it is legal) so all my money is stuck in kucoin and I cant not do anything with it, yes, I can swap, futures whatever, but that money will not be mine never, because I they dont allow me to withdraw it without the Google 2FA, wich they do not allow me to change, even when i sent all kind of videos pictures and everything to prove my identity.

They blocked my account and stole ******* euro. No answer from agent or customer service.
It s been 3 months that I attempt to reach them. There is way to get support.

They decided to delist some coins, only communicating it through their blog. I deposited as usual to the same address as always, and it won't show up. Their support told me I have to pay 80 usdt to get the money back to the sender address. Only 12 days after delisting without properly informing their clients, now they have my money and ask for a "ransom" to get it back. Avoid this scammy exchange.

Put $2000 in KuCoin and put it in CELESTIAL.
Just a few hours later I go on site and my balance is ZERO? What?
They DELISTED the token with no notification or warning! I emailed and they said…oh we send out and email March 1. I wasn't signed up then. So apparently if you were existing customer great, if not then JUST GET RIPPED OFF!
For months they send irrelevant emails like oh you withdrew…THIS WAS THE ONLY USA authorized site to get the coin and no place to withdraw to!
THIS COMPANY IS JUST AWFUL!

Didn't allow me to withdraw and closed my account and probably stole my coins. Luckily i had very little in there and transferred to coinbase long ago.

U r warned... they changed my account.clear my money...like a new account.
