Worst customer care support, i have received other than order product, after receiving the order not allowing to return

Ordered lehenga with stitching and paid for it. They said stitching not available. I said then I don't need and asked for refund which they said no refund only store credit. It was their problem that they did not have what I had paid for. Two months now and no refund such a pain. Don't get carried away by other reviews from which I ordered. Those should be scam.

They quality of the cloth is absolutely disgusting and the worst part is their is not return from their end. Their RUDE customer service representative asked me to send the courier to them and I have to bear the shipping cost. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered 5K lehanga they send me wrong product with worst quality then they said return their product by India post. I return the order by India post after delivered the product they refuse to give my money back.

Jo pic mein dikhti hai waise saree ni ati... Bakwas material 2000₹ mein 200 ka road wala saree bhjte hai... No refund policy bolte h... Chor company hai stay away guys if u dnt want to waist yr money

I'm disappointed with the dress. I ordered RED color dress and I got dress in maroon color. Quality is really bad and looks very cheap. When I expressed the same with customer service, they literally told that they can't to anything. Customer service is disaster and they are not user friendly. I'm really disappointed.

First, they sent me the wrong order and asked me to courier the package at my own cost. I sent the package the next day itself and they received it within 3 days. But, I still haven't received my original order yet. They are not responsive to the emails and no one even pickups the phone. Worst experience ever. I don't recommend it at all.

The product was not of good quality. I trusted the hauls on youtube but those are paid promotions. The site and its policy are not customer friendly. Do Not Waste Your Money.

Spent nearly 20,000 rupees and bought some Sarees from them only to be very disappointed!
They were of very cheap quality and the colours did not correspond to what was shown in their website. No return policy outside India was their irresponsible reply for the complaints made! Totally shocking and irritated with their nonchalant attitude! Do not buy from this website.

They seem to be doing a lot of marketing and paid reviews to build their brand name. But I would advise to manage expectations. If you think you will get a product that is exactly as you see on their website, you will be sorely disappointed. I had ordered a saree, which looked super elegant in the pictures but what I got was a cheap looking knock off with bad material and very bad finishing. Felt like returning it but their returns aren't simple and I just didn't feel like going through that headache.

If you think that their prices are too good to be true, that's because they are. The positive reviews on YouTube and Google swayed me but I am pretty sure they are paid reviews. So I would advise to think twice before buying from their website.

Poor quality. No refund. Can exchange but not sure whether we would get the product or not. I think they send good quality products to the YouTubers and when we see their videos, we believe them and end up buying, where we get low quality fabrics and finally get cheated.

The product i received was exactly the same as shown in picture and it was beautiful, even I would like to appreciate their customer service as well. Will love to shop again

Frst tym purchased frm kreeva. So, thoda nervous thi cuz lehnga was about 5k bt was delighted aftr receiving d product. Stitching k baad aur bhi pyaara lg rha h. I can say it's a must buy product.

Perfect replica of designer outfits. And amazing quality Delivery on time. I ordered two outfits and fabric is too good I'm totally loving it. My go to place to shop any wedding dresses and suits.

The material is very nice but the blouse cloth is some what small, but that's ohk, overall very good.
