The quality is so good, the shirt I bought is so soft and comfy and both buttons are still on which is unheard of with me. The skirt I bought has survived so many days at the park in the dirt and its still so nice to wear

On the 4th of December 2017 I've ordered 2 sweaters for my daughter (for a Christmas gift!), we are 2 months later and still didn't received anything. The only thing that their customer "service" is able to reply when I asked for a refund is "We can see that this order has been shipped out.(with the link of the tracking parcel) If the shipment is returned to us we will let you know.
We cannot offer a refund for orders that have been shipped out. If the order is returned to us, we can offer store credit, and or, a reshipment once the item parcel arrives, if it arrives." This is a total joke! How am I supposed to get my money back if the parcel is in transit since the beginning of december? Don't waste your time and money with them!

Unfortunately, I read the reviews after buying the gift for Christmas for my daughter. Sad. Spent a lot of money. No gift. No answer. They said they were going to give a refund. A week after still no news. No nothing. STAY AWAY until they become a business with a capital B. If you can't handle customers you can't be in business! CLOSE!

I ordered a jacket and a sweater in July. Its November now. The jacket was a preorder piece and was supposed to be produced within two months. It still hasn't. They refused to refund me and offer no info on when my order might be shipped. Stay away from them.

I ordered a sheer rainbow jacket from Kokopie and upon trying it on found that the material used means the seams have all these little plastic-like fibres poking out that scratch and irritate skin so badly it's unwearable. Upon reporting this to Kokopie they told me that I was wrong and accused me of just not liking the item. I wanted a full refund, they told me to return the jacket and have been very hostile. Never buying from them again.

DO NOT send them any of your information, they will hold it against you and even threaten you. Super terrified of what they could do.

I had ordered from them and nothing ever shipped, I contacted them multiple times but no answer. I created a chargeback and then I finally got a reply from them but at that point I just wanted my money and time back. They were very rude and accusatory towards me, and always on the defensive. It escalated to the point of where they threatened me and said they were retaining all my information for the future. Really scared. I have no idea what they might do with my info. They don't deserve to be in business.

I see a lot of negative reviews for KokoPie but I think it's worth noting that not many people feel the need to write a review of their order was successful. I was quite worried about buying from this company because of the negative reviews about it, but I ordered anyway and it was actually fine. It came within a reasonable time, no damages, they fit and the items were as described. But I do think that if they hadn't fit, it'd be difficult to return/exchange - so I recommend making sure that you really really want what you're about to order and try and be as honest with yourself as you can about the right sizing. Overall I'd probably buy again.

I have bought a bunch of stuff from kokopie from chokers to clothing and everything has been great I got everything at a great price and great quality, I am very happy to have found kokopie and I'm excited to buy more clothing and etc. in the future

Kokopie is one of my favourites places to purchase clothing online because of how unique their clothing is. It's always amazing quality and from my experience is very true to size more often than not. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful, i don't have to wait more than a day to receive a reply. The only problem i have experienced is that preorder items often take longer to ship than what it says on the product page. But that's really my only complaint!

I bought two items and was very happy with the design.
Quality was very good, I had no problems with wearing and washing the shirt very often. The Choker is my most comfortable one even if I wear it less often.
The shipping was okay. It was very long, but that's okay for a shipping over such a long distance. I liked the package with the alien on it.

I ordered a skirt and fishnets, it showed it was going to be delivered, but it never came. They have $#*!ty customer service. They refused to do a refund, and the stuff never showed up. Don't buy anything from them, unless you want to waste money.

The quality is amazing, and the price is very fair for what you get. I've had it for about 6 months and it's still going strong. It's one of my favorite pieces I own and you can't really get it anywhere else unless you want a cheap copy. It came in about 3 weeks because I preordered it, which is very reasonable. I love it!

I was a bit afraid of ordering due to a number of complaints and accusation of the company being a scam. I bought a pink baseball jacket and a ramen patch through first class shipping. However, the price for the items + shipping was double expensive in comparison to their price written on the website. I'm just thankful that after many times I questioned Kokopie's intention, I still received my order!

I ordered a pair of seemingly cute pants for a Christmas gift for a friend several weeks before Christmas. They arrived from China (first hint that you are not getting what you expect) on Jan 23 and they are basically a pair of flannel pajama pants that I could of got for $5 at Kohls. I will never be placing another order at this site and recommend you don't either!

I ordered the monthly deal outfit and a collar from this store, to Australia. The delivery was surprisingly fast, and the items were amazing quality and flattering fit. I would definitely shop here again

Contacted this company after ordering a special they had run for a t-shirt get a hat free. Got the t-shirt, never received the hat. I emailed them and after a week they responded with 'you didn't order a hat'. I have an email and order confirmation clearly stating the shirt and free hat. After reading the reviews here I think it's time to contact the Better Business Bureau and notify them of this fraud, misleading advertising and outright overcharging. Hope they do something about it and in the meantime. Don't order from this company!

Honestly, i love their service. Shipping is gonna take some time but, it does take some time but it gets here at least. The quality is okay. I bought a sheer star shirt and the stars faded. The other problem was their alien sheer platforms did not have aliens on them. But good quality.

I made my order 10 days ago for 6 items and just got my clothes in today. Many people were saying that they wouldn't get some of their clothes but I got everything and they were also very nicely packed in seperate zip lock bag type things with their logo on it. None of the sizes or anything had gotten mixed up and my tracking number was legit aswell. For me the expierence was great and I will order again from the store but if you're really concerned from other reviews, maybe order something very small to test if it will come in for you before getting a big order worth $100 dollars :) hope I helped!

I order some items in November 2016, now is march 2017 and I still haven't received my order.
They are incapable to solve the situation and I've asked my money back and they also don't want to refund me.
I believe is a SCAM!
Don't shop there!

I ordered 2 things for black friday.

A transparent jacket and a sweat. The delivery costed as much as the two articles together, that should've set red flags. It's been 6 months, 6 fricking months, me and my mother have tried to email Kokopie but their excuse was "It was holidays so we couldn't launch your delivery/Our providers are in China so it's not our fault if they take their time"
I don't even want a response from Kokopie, I want my money back.
Because it costed me 61 bucks, from my pocket.

I had many positive experiences on this site, I purchased a lot of times and I was always satisfied with it. Sometimes the wait was long, but everything arrived! The quality of the items is impressive, it's worth the cost that may seem high! I LOVE their designs, they're the best! It's literally my favorite shop, if only the shipping wasn't so expensive I'd buy from it like everyday. A couple times I wouldn't recieve responses to my emails or messages but in the end I didn't have any issue!

I had ran to the mailbox to grab my jacket because I was honestly super excited to get it for a good reason! The jacket is super cute and baggy for me which I absolutely love! It will go great with many of my different clothing that I already own and I'm super excited to wear it out, it's super unique and colorful. I am very happy with how it was made!

I got some pink boots from here, really love the shoes but pretty dissapointed by customer service and product quality. Shipping took 2 months and I had to email them about it about 3 weeks in, they said there was an order problem so they had to 'reship it'. I got my shoes and they're nice but I've had to glue the heel back on as it bent out and broke, now this would be fine if they were cheap but when I'm paying around 100 dollars in my money (aud) to buy and get them to me I'm expecting good quality products, they haven't delivered.
